Eaten at this location for 25 years typically the food is great. Not always perfect. But nowhere is. If you want take out Chinese this is the place in cullman. The dining room is tiny not a place for a date night.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. I got home and opened up the container of food just to find a live maggot wiggling on top of the chicken. I didn’t even bother. Threw it out immediately. Disgusting! My daughter had already eaten a few bites of her food by the time I sat down and opened mine!

We just got food from there tonight for the first and last time. Well my husband food tasted old and hard and just plain nasty. I I got the crab ragoon and they were the worst have ever had. The lady didn’t even ask him m if he wanted fried rice or steamed rice they just gave him white rice. I have ate at many Chinese restaurants and this is the worst. New China has always been the best Chinese food in Cullman! I’ve eaten here for most of my life. I’m not sure who bought it out, but sadly they’ve completely ruined everything about the place. Stop changing everything to save a penny here and a penny there! You’re running your business. The food is terrible! My egg drop soup was the consistency of slime and smelled like a rotten egg! And this is what they gave me to put in it… Stale and just disgusting!

Ate here for lunch. The staff was not friendly. The food did not have much flavor. I understand about having to bring kids to work…but make a spot for them and not out in the eating area where they are screaming and running all over the place. We will not be back.

The General Tsa’s chicken did not have any garlic, peanuts, or onions- it had three sprigs of broccli in it and was not spicy at all as it should be- not one piece of hot pepper. No flavor, prices are higher, food is generically bland. Not the place it once was.

For as long as I have lived in Cullman, I’ve never been here. Today my mom and grandma decided to give it a try. The service was not great. The food was decent egg rolls were good. Everything was good I got orange chicken with fried rice. As I’m finishing up, there was a bug, baby mouse or something in my food. Absolutely disgusting, probably will never come back. That explains the 91 rating, it should be lower!

This has been my favorite Chinese restaurant in Cullman for over 3 years..it has always been great..but the last couple of times the orange chicken was terrible. One time it was fatty and chewy, and last night it was just tiny little bits and hard as a rock. We couldn’t even eat it. I love their beef lo mein and egg rolls..hopefully they fix the chicken soon!
