I was looking for a new Chinese restaurant because most of the ones closer to me are just ok. I read the reviews for New China Moon and thought I would give it a try. I’m sorry I did. we ordered 4 dishes, egg drop soup, and spring rolls. We ordered spring rolls but got egg rolls, General Tso’s chicken was dry both inside and out – very little sauce and very little flavor – no heat whatsoever. Mongolian Beef – no flavor or heat whatsoever. Garlic chicken – we could tase some garlic but no other flavor whatsoever. Chicken fried rice – no flavor whatsoever. See the pattern here? I have never had such bland Chinese food in my life. Sorry, But I will not be going back.

I pass this restaurant everyday to and from work. My instinct always tells me to avoid. I decided to give them a try and all I can say is I’m very disappointed. This is by far the worst Chinese take out I’ve ever had in my life!!! If your looking for tasteless, over salted food then this is your place. The service wasn’t that good either.

The worst customer service I order from here atleast once a week from a business so it is usually a decent amount of business for them but not any more I ordered 2 sesame chicken spicy lunch combos and I get my food at they didn’t put any sause on the chicken? And the lady at the counter wants to argue with me and tell me I ordered no sause lol and she said “no you listen to me” ha what a joke

Me and the girls in the office just ordered this for lunch… New China Moon is definitely our new go to spot for when we are craving Chinese food! Amazing food all around(I got the Mongolian beef) Also, the general tso chicken the lady was nice enough to let us try was great! Great food, great prices and amazing customer service 🙂
