I ordered from here for delivery because my wife was craving chinese due to being pregnant. Having never eaten from here before, i had no expectations of the quality of the food or the restaurant. As far as I was concerned, it was a chinese restaurant and for the most part they generally will be similiar in style and size etc.. the experience was far worse than I could have imagined. The food was so distasteful that not one person in my house ate anything. My wife was disgusted and my three children, one whom will eat anything, didnt even touch it after their first bite. So I called the restaurant to advise them of my disappointment of the food. I asked to be refunded my money and told them that all their food was here, in case they wanted to see it hadnt been touched. They put three different people on the phone and tried to explain that they cook the food the same way for everybody and that it was prepared by the same woman who preprares all the food. I was told because other people seem to not complain, that my complaint would not be valid to them. i was then hung up on. The bill was 45.00 plus 5.00 tip and 10.00 delivery charge. Im ok with that because my wife wanted the food and the extra 10.00 for delivery is worth pleasing my pregnant wife. In all, nothing was done on their part to ammend my unhappiness or shall i say disgust with the food. 60.00 was spent to this establishment and no more than a bite was eaten of this food. Please note that I am the farthest from picky. It was just nasty, As well as there behaivor and courtesy. Please do not eat from this establishment. They truly do not deserve to benefit off hard working people with families, seeing as they did nothing to assure my experience be a good one.

The restauarant is old and worn, it is not clean, and the service is minimal. There were cob webs on chairs, mismatched wllpaper on the walls and a layer of greasy dust throughout. The carpeting was old and worn, the tables were sticky and we had to chase flies away.

Best food great service! Building a little run down but it is an old building this does not effect the service or food. This is by far the best Chinese food with in atleast 30 miles. Thanks for the great food and service.

If you are looking for good Chinese look elsewhere. I have ordered from them multiple times hoping it would get better and their food never is. I ordered mu shu beef and it came with tortillas… the beef was clearly frozen from a package and together they were inedible. Disgusting.

I’ve been going here since I was a kid. I believe they lost business when the new Chinese place opened, but I enjoy going here. The food is still good, and always made fresh to order. They even deliver!

I personally love this place. With only 2 Chinese choices in Pontiac, I’d rather eat here than the other place. I recommend ordering take out from here as they give you a bunch for a great price!

Overpriced for what it is. Absolutely awful customer service. They mistakenly charged me for two dinners when all I wanted was one and an extra side of rice and refused to make it right.
