As I was already in the parking lot, I took a last minute chance that I could get something to eat at closing time(literally 9:59). They were gracious and kind to suggest and fix a bowl of lomein with shrimp and chicken and charged less than $10. This meal was made even more delicious with the pleasant attitude, helpfulness and kindness of the staff that night. I recommend New China, 2 doors down from The Underground and will visit again, before closing time. Thank you for staying open till the advertised hours. Thank you for your kindness and good food.

We’ve been ordering food from here for well over 10 years. We love that it is a small family run business. Their food is better than any other Chinese food place that we have found on the West Shore! We moved to Mechanicsburg a year ago and still always order from there. It is well worth the drive!

I would give 5 stars, but they increase the menu prices if you don’t use cash. I can understand having a minimum limit for using a card, but that’s overdoing it imo. Otherwise, great food & service. I now have many dietary restrictions bc of a health condition. I had to try some new dishes, & the woman there took plenty of time to tell me ingredients used in dishes. I can’t prepare Chinese food ,I just know I like it! She even circled some dishes on a menu that would suit my new limitations. I appreciate this! I’m so sick of my own cooking, lol, I now have somewhere I can go that I can have something different & their food is excellent!!!

Used to have the best in the area but the last two times it was absolutely awful. It’s almost like they got rid of their real food and use all frozen now. Spent 40 bucks on food we trashed. Very disappointed.

Spare ribs were burnt and tasted of burnt or old oil. Fried rice had same taste. Tso Chx was good. 2nd time I bought here and had that burnt oil taste. I’ve eaten there for years but seems it’s going downhill as far as taste.
