This is the best place for Chinese in the Denver metro from a cost to quality ratio, hands down. It honestly always has been but sometime in the last year or two the food got even better! That never happens. Portions are generous and quality went up. I think the spicy dishes could be hotter but otherwise I have no complaints. The staff are always friendly.

Our FAVORITE go-to when the Chinese food craving hits!! They have amazing fried rice, lo mien, chow mien, and the best appetizers. Especially the pork fried wontons; when most places only serve cream cheese wontons. Large portions. Amazing service. Fair prices. 10/10.

I recently tried New China City and was pleasantly surprised by the quality and flavor. The fried rice was packed with flavor and had a nice balance of vegetables, char siu pork, and bean sprouts — not so greasy, but I would just just have expected a stronger smoky wok-shar flavor. The egg roll was crisp and maybe too golden, but the sweet chili sauce paired with it just fine. I also really enjoyed the crab rangoons — crunchy on the outside, creamy on the inside, with just the right amount of sweetness from the sauce.
Portions were generous and reasonably priced, and the food tasted fresh and hot. Service was a slightly slow, but friendly, I think it is an easy go-to spot for takeout.

I adore this place. Our go to chinese food, never had anything I didnt like and never paid very much for anyone of it. They’re kicking butt all day in the back and I have a special bottle of wine in case this place ever closes as a precaution to ease the suffering of loosing it. 6/5 stars.

Friendly service and decent Chinese. The Medley was loaded with vegetables so that was a little disappointing that there was a little meat in there but overall the flavors were really good. We ordered the chicken curry, the sesame chicken and egg drop soup along with the medley and the portion sizes are big which is nice for the price. Everything came with rice and overall it was just a very classic Chinese eatery.

If you need Chinese take out, this is the spot. This is the second time I have been here and it was still solid. They do all the classics well and have good prices with generous portions. We got the egg drop soup, sesame chicken, beef lo mein and beef and pea shoots. The fried chicken was by far the most satisfying dish with good crisp and well balanced sweet and sour flavor. The egg drop soup was much more luxurious than what you might normally get (had peas, carrots, tofu). High recommend on this one.

BUT IF YOU DON’T EAT HERE THEN YOU ARE SURELY MISSING OUT AND HAVE NO CLUE THAT THIS IS IN MY OPINION THE TOP SPOT FOR CHINESE FOOD IN DENVER…. PERIOD!!!!! This is my favorite Chinese food spot!! I’ve been going there for 2 ¹/² years. Their sesame chicken is on point and they always get my order right!! The pork fried rice, Lo Mein, fried chicken wings, shrimp fried rice, are all great!
