Dry rice, overcooked noodles, everything was salty and the egg rolls were soggy. I ordered $68 worth of food and everything was bad. I ordered a surprise meal and they just doubled my chicken lo mein. I wanted to like it, but my dogs enjoyed it. I’ll never come back.

Ordered the family deal for delivery. The food quality is low to say it plainly. Nothing is fresh and tastes like it’s several days old. Probably the worst Chinese food I’ve ever had. I was really hoping for better since this is a neighborhood restaurant and I’d love to support local businesses.

We found New China Chef on Too Good To Go and absolutely love it! We ordered 3 surprise boxes. 2 had Lo Mein, fried rice, and crab cheese wontons and 1 had Happy Family with fried rice and crab cheese wontons. Each box also came with a small chicken and rice soup.
The food was absolutely delicious and the Auntie running it was so sweet. I would definitely come back here to try other memu items as I’m sure they will be equally delicious!

New China Chef is about what you’d expect when you’re looking for a quick fix. Decent portions at a good price. Ordered online for takeout which is the way to go here; not a sit down type vibe. Meal was done pretty much on time and the staff was friendly. Ordered steamed dumplings which were good and the chicken fried rice (spicy). The rice wasn’t very spicy and it was a bit on the dry side, but fine for a lunch. The homemade spicy mustard was pretty decent but perhaps a bit heavy on the horseradish. I’d definitely return for a quick bite or to fill a craving though.

Some of the best beef fried rice in town! And their pork fried wonton as an appetizer were the cherry on top! Don’t forget to add the spicy Chile oil and you got yourself a winner 5 stars ✨️ for New China Chef and owner Hāo and family! So many dishes to choose from in glad i live close lol…Cheers!!!

Came here because I keep wanting to like chinese food but its so hit and miss. Stopped here to give it a tran and ordered the shrimp egg foo young with fried rice. The egg foo young and gravy was really delicious especially after not having it in years! The fried rice was meh. Barely fried white rice with nothing it in like traditional chinese fried rice. I feel this may actually be ran by Vietnamese and not chinese after seeing the people. But regardless….the food was decently priced and flavored. I’d check em out again.

This place is a RIP OFF. We ordered (2) Lomein dishes and the shrimp was very small and sparce. The chicken dish was the same and offered maybe 5 pieces of chicken. The noodles were not cooked fully and the salt in it was enough to start your own salt mine. When a restaurant serves this trash they are intentionally trying to cut corners and rip off their customers. We paid $30 for nothing. NOT GOING BACK HERE

Great food. Fast friendly service. Family run establishment that’s going on 23 years. Looked like they were remodeling the dining area on my last visit.
