This is a small place—very unassuming and under a mile from us. We have ordered many times and the food is exactly what we want and expect. They have a large variety of items on their menu, especially nine different soups, which I find unique from other restaurants.
I like that I can order directly from the Restaurant 888 website for delivery. They charge a small $2 fee (up to two miles), plus gratuity.
On this occasion, I placed a simple order of chicken fried rice and crab Rangoon. It took approximately 30 minutes. I was surprised to open the bag and see the crab Rangoon in the shape of a triangle, but it was creamy and delicious.

I had a Chinese food friendsgiving instead of traditional Thanksgiving meal. We ordered the Dragon and Phoenix, veggie li mein, chicken wings and fries, general tso chicken, spring rolls and veggie rice. Everything was good. Even my friend that doesn’t really eat Chinese food was happy. I order here at least twice a month and I’ve never gotten a bad meal. My only qualm may be the spice level because I like it hot hot but otherwise always a great experience! Thank you ma.

All I wanted was soup & egg rolls. I enjoyed the egg rolls. I ordered the Chicken/Rice Soup which was disappointing because it was 85 % the chicken pieces was on TOP of the PT container the rest of the soup was rice ! I will never order that soup again! I had to open up some BROTH at to add to it since it was not enough liquid. 85 % of rice DRIED it up !

just had takeout, for a Chinese restaurant they crushed the Thai food and at a price that didn’t melt my credit card. pad Thai on point and the Penang curry delish. I like the fried rice & egg roll sides. My wife had the wonton soup. Al fantastic.

I got 2 egg rolls and chicken chow mein. The egg rolls were ok but the chow mein smelled really bad I figured it was just me but it tasted nasty. Not that it was rotten I hope. I need some mouth wash to get this awful taste out of my mouth. Never again.

They are decent at the mainstream stuff, but TERRIBLE at the less common stuff. Unfortunately, I ordered the bourbon chicken and, gurl, my chicken was smothered in onions and red sauce … I took two bites and was done, so I tried doctoring the dish up by making a sauce with actual bourbon, but the dish could not be saved. The egg rolls were beautiful and the other dishes turned out fine enough. If you like American Chinese food and aren’t feeling adventurous this place works out fine, but if you’re seeking to treat yourself or try something new, look elsewhere.
