What a shame, seasoned with sugar, garlic sauce tastes like sweet and sour red sauce you get at the grocery store, hot and sour soup is nether hot nor sour, also sweet. Just the same flavor profile. Sad, so much potential with great ingredients and fresh vegetables. I had such high hopes.

Our last favorite place always put out consistent quality and we hope the same from New China! We ordered $60 worth for the family. It was super fresh! Tasty! They served us quality.
