Overall the experience was pleasant, and importantly, the food was delicious! The chicken curry and Lo Mein were flavorful and fresh! The wonton soup was savory as well! Despite the underwhelming first impression of my call-in order experience and viewing the interior of New China, we enjoyed the food! I can understand how some other reviewers could interpret the employee as rude over the phone, but upon arrival for food pickup, she was delightful. The food is more like the Chinese food I’ve experienced in PA & MD. Some of you will understand! We will be returning, and we do recommend it to try!

Used to be a five star place close and convenient… Finding hair in the food, their skyrocketed pricing, and how they nickel and dime each order (e.g. who charges extra for crispy wings… Or charges for extra sauce and gives the same amount) lost them two stars in my book. Won’t be coming back. Disappointed.

Quality has gone way down over the years we had been ordering for a long time but never again. Last week we wanted hibachi and sushi I ordered the sushi tried to order hibachi they told me they didn’t do hibachi that day I said ok I’ll call back I don’t know what I wanted. We ended up ordering something else and never calling back but an hour later someone is showing up at my door with sushi. We told the driver we told the girl on the phone we would call back and never did he says ok and leaves. Today we tried to order they put my husband on hold and then told him they were only doing prepaid orders. Obviously it’s because of what happened so we won’t be ordering again the food quality has been terrible that last year or so anyway.

The delivery service was great and the food is good.I gave it 4 stars because there have been times when the crab ragoons were no longer crispy when receiving them. Apparently too long in the packaging and the steam allowed them to soften. Happened a couple of times. But for the most part no other issues.

One of the only Chinese restaurants that deliver in the area and I Live off piney Green. Food was hot and delicious and Looked to be authentic home made Asian cuisine. Tipped my driver well to solidify the chance of getting another delivery in the future. Again so Delicious yum yum!

The past 2 orders I’ve gotten, not so much. Everything tasted like it had been reheated. Chicken and shrimp tasted over cooked, dry and like it was left over from the day before. Not to mention my shrimp tempura rolls did not taste fresh either. Not sure what happened to the cook y’all use to have, but you need them back cause your food use to be great. Now, not so much

Hands down the worst chinese I’ve ever had in my life. The sesame chicken is bright orange, totally mushy, and tastes horrible. The lo mein is flavorless and tastes like it was cooked in toilet water. They were also extremely rude. If I didn’t live over 40 minutes away I would be returning it as the majority is inedible. The sweet and sour chicken didn’t suck so they have that going for them.

They are ridiculously rude! I ordered earlier from them and my son wanted to order from them once he came home. We were put on hold for a while & then the phone hung up on our end. I called back & she put us on hold again but she didn’t mute the phone & I said the phone hung up on me.. she replied very snappy “I didn’t hang up”! I tried to tell her it hung up on my end & she argued back & forth with me, I then said “I’m just trying to order ma’am while your going back and forth” then she replied “well your calling me a liar lol”! I replied “I didn’t call you a liar, I just told you what happened & at this point where is your manager”? She replies “I am the manager lol!”I replied “You Are terrible then if that’s the case, and I won’t be ordering thank you”! They don’t have customer service skills at all and doing value the customers who keep their business going! She is very unprofessional and that was the last time we will spend a dime there!

Ordered from here a month ago. Started cooking it when we walked in to pick up. Okay so we tried again today and I told my wife if they haven’t made it yet this time you are not waiting. 25 minutes after order they claim they have no order. My wife shows them the call on her phone. They say we can make it now. We went somewhere that cares instead. Terrible way to do business. Never stand us up a third time.
