The owner was very dismissive when I called to tell her that I didn’t receive what I paid for with my order. She spoke over me and then said whatever when I told her this was not how you conduct business. I had stopped ordering from them for a while and decided to give them a chance again… I paid $4 extra for extra veggies and there was no vegetables to be found.. customers are not always right but a little professionalism and courtesy will go a long way.

Ran over real quick on my lunch break. It was a rainy day and I was looking for comfort food. I definitely found it. I ordered boneless spare ribs and egg drop soup. It was ready and waiting for me when I arrived. The young man at the counter noticed me immediately and I asked him if they had smart pay, which of course they do. The food was delicious! I was skeptical at first because I haven’t been there or tried their menu before. It was exactly what I was looking for on that rainy day. Great flavor and great portions as well. I can see myself making New China a weekly thing.

I actually love this place but the lady who answers the phone is very rude and she is always yelling at you when you ask a question. And the guy who does the deliveries is even worse. If you don’t know that amount of your order he will tell you anything and keep your change. I asked for 2 dollars back out of a five to give him a 3 dollar tip after he took and hour and 27 minutes to bring my food cold AND HE THREW THE MONEY AT ME OH HELL NAH you doing too much……..

Fast delivery, but my special $17 Sesame Shrimp was mostly fried breaded batter. For the special menu, the quality of the shrimp should’ve been jumbo, and not medium. I especially wasn’t happy with the long string of hair, fried in the battered shrimp. The delivery guy was not polite, my 11 yr. old mentioned. My son’s feelings were hurt, because he gave the delivery guy a tip, and a thank you, but no response followed.

Wow I did not expect some of these reviews. I go there every Sunday . Only 1 time was the order wrong by 1 dish. So we ate it and it also was very good. So hey no problem. We like it and will keep going.

food was absolute Garbage ordered chicken chow mein the chicken was over marinated it was so slimy and unedible,the vegetables ,were gross lettuce disgusting two pieces of undercooked celery and bamboo shoots no onion, bok choy.
low mein was thick noodles that were hard and over a foot long,and a greasy egg roll with mushy filling.
This take out Order came to over 15$ it wasn’t worth my time to take it back .
I will never go there again, and urge you to be smart and do the same.

Broken english while taking my order. They had an attitude because I couldn’t understand them rushing me off the phone. I’ll pass. Bad attitude=Bad food. They’d probably cough over the food. They should appreciate their customers.
