They have their own parking lot, not too bad.

The restaurant looks like it took over a bank or some office based business. Not what I would expect for a Thai restaurant.

One waiter running the entire restaurant and one food runner.

Ordered chicken fresh roll, crab cheese, tom yum chicken, gai tom ka with chicken, pad Thai with chicken, steamed tofu and veggies, Thai hot, pad prik with chicken and steam tofu, medium+. $76.07

They do charge more for using CC here. 🙁
Their scallop and crab meat are imitation.
Scallops as imitation, that’s a first.

They give you a complimentary salad to start. Dressing is interesting, tastes fishy, maybe some fish sauce to the sauce. It’s meh.

The crab cheese is good, good flavor, not much crab to them. Wonton is super crunchy.

The fresh rolls are good, rather slim, but at least they put a decent slice of chicken breast meat in the roll. The peanut sauce is okay, added some chili to it to give it some flavor and kick. The rolls are good.

The Tom Yum is okay, thought there would be more lemongrass flavoring to it.

I have heard from 3 pick-up customers that this place is closing. I asked a staffer, they close in two weeks. Building was purchased and they have to move. They are still trying to find a new place to relocate to, yet.

The pad Thai was okay. They use the dried chili peppers for the heat.

The pad pak was pretty good. Lots of green peppers and onions though. I think there was all of two red peppers in the dish, more would have been good.

Service is good.

Tried this restaurant based on google reviews. Ordered panang curry and Thai fresh rolls for pickup. While the taste of curry was decent, the quantity was very less compared to other restaurant pricings.
They also put an insane amount of “raw red onions” in my veg Thai fresh rolls which is unheard of and also not listed in their menu under ingredient list for this dish. This was extremely disappointing because I had to toss it due to my allergies.
Overall 2/5 and might not return given the experience.

Update: actually tried something different rather than my favorite- the chef specialty which is basically sweet sour chicken: 4/5 Stars Too much breading for my liking with small pieces of chicken- Too much sauce which the pieces that were soaking in the sauce became soggy. The top pieces that didn’t soak in the sauce were nice and crisp- Great flavor, mild plus heat- I definitely could get two meals if I wasn’t so greedy I wouldn’t get it again only because of the breading and sogginess- Excellent service – They serve you a complimentary salad and it is so tasty- tangy dressing, crisp cool salad, fresh thin sliced carrots, cucumber and small baby leaves of lettuce- Yum! I might actually try a salad next time-

It’s been a long time in searching for a great Thai restaurant! The staff is so friendly- Great service- Food is always served hot and fresh- We’ve tried the fresh rolls, spring rolls, soup, pad Thai , Thai almond chicken- All delicious- Prepared perfectly- The pad Thai is by far the best I’ve had in a long time- Not dry and clumpy- good ratio of protein to noodle, plenty of green onion and egg- They serve you a complimentary little salad- Very tasty and fresh- Quite expensive- Very busy carry out service- We usually eat in and they are a bit busy around the dinner hour

This location is top tier. I tried them for the first time last night. The customer service over the phone and in person was excellent. I ordered Chicken and Shrimp Kow Pad and Spring Rolls. The rice was flavorful, perfect amount of spice, generous amount of food. The Spring Rolls were the size of egg rolls, they had the perfect crispy outer layer and the inside was moist and flavorful It’s definitely enough for two people to share. I have to say they are the best in the area. 10 out of 10, I highly recommend.

4.67/5 We usually order out from the same Thai restaurant and figured we’d give a new place a shot. I’m glad we did because New Bangkok’s Gai Tom Ka soup was the most spectacular soup I’ve ever had. Coconut milk flavor can be hit or miss for me – not with this soup. It was an absolute hit! I can’t wait to order it again. The Thai Curry Noodles were a little dry at first, but the flavor improved once I managed to get the curry that made its way to the bottom of everything.

1st time here to celebrate my girlfriend’s BD..The waiter was very friendly. We had fresh roll for our appetizer and it was very delicious. We ordered Gang Ped and Drunken noodles to share with medium spicy level. Our foods were tasty and quite above our expectations.

Update: I don’t know if their original chef left, everything tasted dry and lacking in flavor, whether it was the pad Thai or rice. Such a shame because I really enjoyed coming here.

Original review:
FINALLY! Found a Thai place that I can enjoy! You can tell that they use fresh ingredients and that the taste is authentic. The complimentary salad was such a nice starter. Loved all the dishes and how clean the place is.

Will be back to try their curry and fried rice !

We’ve been ordering from this place for years now and they always gave us the best service! The chicken fried rice and chicken and broccoli are very good! Even if some say pricing is too high, the food here is totally worth it.

Me and my son visited this place for dining on March 1 2024. It was a Friday night and still got seated immediately. Order was taken quickly. We were served a welcome salad while waited for the mail course. We ordered Veg pad Thai and Veg fried rice. Spice level is important and medium is spicy for most people. Food came in 20 minutes. It was delicious. Authentic Thai food recipe. Portion was generous. My son got a spring roll and enjoyed it. The outer layer was super thin and crispy. We noticed lot of take out orders since it was Friday night and in general people like takeout from Asian restaurants. If u visit any week days, wait for food will be even less. Overall great dining experience and will visit again with entire family. My little one said quality of food was good. Trust me he will say it if not.

Easily the best Thai food in Metro Detroit. The food is always super fresh with large portions and excellent prices. Staff is always so nice and the accommodations are very comfortable. I love the traditional silver water pitchers and rice containers. Very consistent flavor and spice level. Great for dine in, take out, dinner, or lunch.
