Love-love-love this place! Great food, excellent service. Made the food just how I ordered. Had so much left over too. My new favorite place to order from.

I used to love ordering here. We’ve lived here a few years and this was our go-to for Chinese. Last year I had ordered my same sweet and sour chicken. The meat was dry, hard to chew, and just terrible. The white rice was good, and the egg roll was decent. Fast forward to now, I’ve ordered it two more times since that bad experience hoping it was just a fluke. This past order I couldn’t even eat more than 3 bites of the chicken before spitting it back out. If I had to “guess” the chicken is old, freezer burned, super cheap, or just sitting out too long, then they think frying it up will fix it. It’s clear the quality has changed and it just turns my stomach at this point. The chewy, dry and bad taste of it is just overwhelming. At this point I won’t be going back.

Tried new Asia for the first time, as it was convenient driving by. Wanted chicken and broccoli with Szechuan sauce on the side. Women, taking my order, said they couldn’t give me Szechuan sauce on the side. When we got home, we had chicken and broccoli with brown sauce. That was tasteless and the worst Chinese ever. The eggroll did not have much flavor either. After choking the dinner down, I had a stomach ache. Will not go back.

Really wanted some good chinese food last week.e Thought we’d give New Asia another try. Not good. Paid extra for fried rice instead of white rice in 2 combo plates. Bad idea, no veggies just brown blan rice. The combo plates were pretty blah too, not much taste.

Use to be my favorite place in the area. Got pad Thai last weekend for my birthday and it was dry and the noodles were not done. Taste was none existent. Sweet and sour chicken was not very good and chicken fried rice was bland

I bought the whole family different meals here yesterday, I’ve never eaten worse chinese food. I felt ill almost immediately after, we all could only eat a few bites and it was awful. They’re still closed to dining In, everything barricaded off. It smelled terrible in there and looks filthy and like it was never cleaned since opening. It was almost $70 for four meals and they need a health inspector in there immediately! Negative stars! I feel awful today from a few bites!

We’ve lived in Hartland for 10 months and somehow hadn’t tried this place yet. We’ve been missing out! I didn’t realize New Asia also had Thai food until we looked at the menu. Their sauces appear to be homemade/genuine and they don’t skimp on ingredient quality like chicken. I got the Phaneng with chicken and it was perfect! My husband got General Tso’s chicken and spring rolls and liked both. Even our toddler approved the rice. New Asia has definitely gained a repeat customer!

Did a carry out order come to find out the chicken for the chicken and broccoli was almost raw. Called up to try and get the order corrected and was told I should cook it longer. I shouldn’t have to cook my own food for almost 15 bucks a meal. They did nothing to correct the situation. Will never eat there again. Not worth the headache and the garbage that was served.
