when i saw the bad reviews about the service, i immediately knew the food must be really good. the guy working up front is chill as long as you’re nice. we got our food in a very timely manner and the steam that welcomed our faces as we opened the containers was amazing. we’ll be back for sure.

I recently moved to the area and have been relying on takeout. Chinese food is my default choice when I don’t feel like deciding on something else. After trying several places, I struggled to find one that nailed the fried rice. Upon my wife’s recommendation (she’s from the area), I decided to give this place a shot. Despite initial hesitations due to mixed reviews, the enticing pictures of their rice convinced me to take the plunge.
Contrary to some negative reviews mainly focusing on customer service, my experience was excellent. Their rice was just like how I expected it. Very flavorful and rich with pork ( since I got to the pork fried rice and the beef with Chinese veggies) .The staff, particularly a young lady, provided seamless customer service. They’ve also streamlined the delivery process by partnering with Uber, linking your phone number for a hassle-free experience.

I can’t give this place a 0 star so I gave it a 1 the food never came i ordered it online.We had to wait three hours.My mom ordered it at six and we waited till nine, and the food never came.So we, so we had to go to bed and still as it came.I’m doing this in the morning.This reviewOf course, and still hasn’t came yet bad service.Never never ordered from this place.Takeout or whatever cause they kept saying, the guy is coming.But it never came, never go to this place like this is the worst restaurant

So we ordered take out and it seemed there was an appetizer missing. When I called they told me a manager would call me back and he did. He was ABSOLUTELY RUDE, he was yelling at me at top lung, when I told him I think they were missing. I asked him why he was yelling since I was not upset or yelling myself and he went off on another tangent and told me I needed to check my food and hung up. WOW that was very unexpected and left me almost speechless!! Regardless, on top of this, the food was absolutely disgusting and extra greasy.. not sure why they are even still open after all these years!!! Disgusting manager and disgusting food!! Don’t waste your time going here!

Friendly staff, great options for almost any dietary preferences. I recommend the General Tso’s chicken as well as the Orange chicken. Their fried rice is great, and their drink selection is respectable. Tends to get busy, but it usually clears up quickly. Oh yeah, they have online/mobile ordering and they deliver.pictured below is the General Tso’s chicken.

Ordered General TSO Chicken and it was obviously rotten chicken by the pungent smell and taste. And when I split a piece of the chicken open it was dark brown like it was roasted pork. The rude guy told me I was lying and I don’t know what it’s supposed to taste like and he is not going to return my money or take the food back cause I just want my $8 back. The order was $40 so why would I just want $8 back? Will never order from here again.

Second time ordering food from this place. The food was very good the first time so I ordered again. This time I ordered the bubble tea and the tapioca was old. I called and spoke to a lady she apologized and said they would send 3 more without the tapioca, well I got a call about 30 mins later from a man saying they were not going to send it that the “boss” said they could not send it. I asked to speak to the boss and the guy declined. I paid for my food, I never ask for a refund and I was sending back 3 full cups of tea in return for 3 without tapioca. They were unreasonable and do not care about the customers that spend money with them.

THEY OUTSOURCE THEIR DELIVERIES TO A COMPANY THAT OUTSOURCES THOSE DELIVERIES TO UBER EATS. Food is good, do not order delivery. The service they use is not reliable and it is sketchy. No one could get in contact with the delivery driver after he dropped off the wrong order from a different restaurant on my front steps the afternoon after a winter storm. The education system failed that person. I had to do a couple loops with a foreign agency to get a refund for my delivery fee and tip…and i didn’t even get paid for overtime. Data breach, or nah? We’ll see in 3-5 business days.

I’ve been ordering from this restaurant for about two years on and off usually it’s OK.. tonight, I ordered spareribs on the bone and I got two ribs and two slabs of fat it was Inedible, I called and spoke to the manager and they told me that they use lean and fat mixture for their on bone ribs????
I said how do you add fat to a bone she couldn’t respond to that and I said thanks. I have to get my ribs elsewhere from now on.

Live down the street and had food delivery and tipped; they charged us for an item and didnt pack it, hung up on us over 5 times when asked them about it and played dumb when we came in person. Terrible service seriously went down over the years!
