so i ordered through doordash, at 8pm and i ordered a hot cheetos elote, and recieved a jalepenos cheetos and nachos cheese with elote which btw the cheese was toooo watery and no flavor. i did called in and she explained it to me that they can give me any cheeto bag with the order. when the order was Hot Cheetos con elote. i do believe the other location in hayward does not question my order.

Employees looked in a hurry even though there was barely any people in there. They seem to have an attitude. I haven’t been here in a bout a year and well I decided to come here today thinking I was going to have the same experience I had a while back but to my surprise it was different people working and seem stingy, (as you can see) I wouldn’t recommend this anymore especially for the price and how the portions are compared to last year. I had no idea they had crepes here! I have ordered 6 crepes in the past 3 days, and I can’t get enough of them, they are so delicious!!! I’m glad I found a crepe spot near where I live. As of now there seems to be limited variations when it comes to their crepes, but hopefully they add more crepe styles in the near future. Delicious!!!!!

Staff doesn’t listens to request on their dishes, the salchipulpos only includes 4 pulpos, you expect more pulpos for the money you pay, and if you ask for the sauces on a cup or apart, please don’t spread them over the food.

This place has the best fresh, natural agua frescas in Bay are. If you are craving something sweet, refreshing to drink, Neveria Guadalajara has the best fruity drinks. My favorite are the passion fruit (maracuya) and Milk strawberry (fresa con leche) They also have all types of mexican tradition snack like: corn with mayo (elote en vaso) mangonadas, and so much more. Oh wait they also have so many ice cream flavors and an entire side for fresh squeezed juices as well. Customer service sometimes is not the best, specially when they have a long line. The music is abit loud so be ready to speak loud to ensure you get your order right. Regardless, I give this place 5 stars because I have zero complaints or bad experiences. Guys you must try the agua frescas! Q

This place is amazing!!! I wish we had one in Washington! Every time I visit California I come to San Leandro or Hayward location everyday to get something! Their watermelon drinks and watermelon Popsicles are literally to die for! I wish the popsicles were sold in the store. The owner is amazing you can tell she takes Pride in customer service and delivering phenomenal product. I hope you guys expand to other states

I can’t believe how rude their employees are. Every time I come by they treat me (and other customers) like we shouldn’t even be in the store. On top of the terrible service it’s always nasty in there. Truly disappointing because they have great antojitos.
