Homemade, high-quality ingredients shine through in every dish. Their birria pizza was absolutely outstanding—featuring large, house-made tortillas filled with succulent, tender meat and perfectly melted cheese. The consommé was the best I’ve had in my travels across New Mexico. All of this comes from an incredible couple running a food truck. What an absolute breath of fresh air.Delicious delicious home cooked food in Is what’s in store for you at this family business. If you can remember a time we’re Going Out to eat with a family.Didn’t break the bank , stop by and see these guys for a nice flashback. I just finished the best chile relleno burrito I have had in a very long time. Excellent drink selection.The food tastes fresh and delicious. And the big guy out front is super friendly.
