I ordered the chicken drunken noodles and they were good. I’ve never had them before and would try again. I do wish there was more meat with the dish. My group all enjoyed the food but wished certain portions were larger for the appetizer. For the price I think more should be provided but definitely not bad in quality. Everything tasted fresh and the service was great. It’s a small place yet my group and I were at are table talking after paying and they didn’t push for us to leave which was nice. I would come again for Thai food.

I came in hungry and left beyond satisfied. The shrimp pad thai was perfectly balance, sweet, tangy, and loaded with flavor. The beef green curry had just the right level of heat and was rich and comforting. I loved the refreshing plate of watermelon in between dishes, it was a nice touch of freshness. For dessert, the mango sticky rice was divine, soft, warm, and paired perfectly with the ripe mango. I also tried both the Thai iced tea and Thai iced coffee, and both were fantastic, sweet, strong, and refreshing.

Every bite was amazing, and the service was just as great. This place is a must visit if you’re in Westchester and craving authentic Thai food. I’ll definitely be back!

This has been a favorite of mine ever since it opened in 2002. The food is always prepared fresh and fast and the owner and her staff are exceptionally charming and welcoming. Though, it’s a small place, it is very comfortable and there is good, but tight, free parking in front. It’s perfect for a warm, home cooked lunch, especially during these colder months. My favorite dish at the moment may be their drunken noodles and I’ve enjoyed all the curries (I usually order extra rice) and their large bowl noodle soups throughout the 2-3 years I’ve been coming. They make delicious Thai iced coffee year round if you’re craving something sweet. I can’t believe I forgot to leave a review all this time. I’ve made myself hungry. Enjoy!

Short version of the review: Atmosphere is great for dine in and food was terrific!

Full Review:
We dined in at the restaurant and the atmosphere was very cozy and the staff was super welcoming. There is a beautiful mural that spans the whole back wall and some gorgeous framed paintings up on the other walls, which we came to learn were all painted by one of the cooks. Talent chef and artist!

So on to the food… now my wife and I are former residents of Flushing Queens. For those that don’t know, it’s THE place to get Asian food so our standards are high and Neung Thai Kitchen did not disappoint!!

We started with the curry puff, chicken satay, and shrimp rolls which were all delicious. I especially loved the shrimp roll, deep fried spring roll with shrimp inside? Sign me up!

For entrees I had the massaman curry which was phenomenal and my wife had the tom yum soup, which she said was the best she’s ever had. Coming from her that is high praise for sure!

5 stars, I would absolutely recommend and we will 100% be going back!

Outstanding no frills Thai food. Authentic. Drunken noodles and spicy eggplant with basil were standouts. Service was courteous and attentive. Great value.

Restaurant has gone downhill in the past year. Portions are smaller, ingredients are of a lower quality, and the prices have increased.

They used to offer a 3% discount for cash—now they charge 3% more for credit cards. This fee is ILLEGAL in New York. They can charge more for credit cards, but they must show the credit card and cash fee for each item—in dollars, not as a percentage.

Service used to be great. Now it seems like the staff don’t care. Obviously the owner doesn’t either.

A shame. This used to be my favourite restaurant. I won’t return.

Small business/family owned Thai restaurant that was absolutely delicious! The curry puffs were perfectly done and the pork potstickers (you get 6, we ate two before the picture) were amazing! The Chiangmai noodles were very flavorful and they even subbed scallops for me! The drunken noodle ended up being our absolute favorite dish as the seafood and noodles had the wonderful flavor where it had an almost grilled note to it. We can’t wait to eat there again- this is definitely one of our go-to places now!

As someone with partial Thai heritage, I really appreciate the place. The flavors are authentic and not watered down. I loved the Kua Gai it was comforting, flavorful, and exactly what I look for in Thai food. Definitely a spot I’ll will be back to.

Probably the best Thai food I’ve had in NY state. Better than many places in NYC. Beef drunken noodle was flavorful, not salty, not greasy, and the spice level was not dumbed down. Very impressed by the Thai iced tea also: high tea flavor and not overly sweet. People at the restaurant are super nice. I plan to come back to try their other dishes.

My wife and I are always in the mood for Thai. It has become increasingly difficult to find a good Thai restaurant near us (we live in Yonkers). This one completely blew us away. I can confidently say, I have never had better Thai food. I’ve also never really felt good enough to step out of my comfort zone with a dish until this one. We first tried take out which was excellent. And just this week we decided to venture out with our infant for a dine in experience, which was once again fantastic! The food is beyond excellent, the staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the atmosphere is authentic. This will be our go to place going forward!
