Easily some of the best pizza I’ve ever had. Clayton finally has a spot where you can grab a legit slice of pie. From the moment you walk in, Cole greets you with a smile and is happy to answer any questions. The space itself feels cozy and a little nostalgic, which I loved.
The pizza is where this spot really shines. The crust has that perfect balance.. crispy and blistered on the outside, soft and chewy on the inside. Every bite is full of flavor without being heavy. The sauce is the star for me: simple, classic, and clearly made with quality ingredients. No overcomplicating, just really well executed pizza. I can’t recommend this place enough and will absolutely be back.
Don’t skip the suppli. The risotto is rich and creamy on the inside with a perfectly crisp, golden exterior, and the melted cheese pull is unreal. It’s the perfect start to the meal.

Nettie’s provided a great atmosphere and some bomb pizza for our Friday night out. Despite being the new trendy spot in town, we were served immediately and got our food very quickly. You order at the register, and they bring your food to your table. The pizza was made in a wood oven that was visible from the dining room and provided the perfect wood crust flavor that we all love. We got the pepperoni, which featured a unique crispiness that paired SO well with the fresh mozzarella. Fair warning: the drink options are relatively limited — just an assortment of Coke product cans and local beers. In addition to the pizza, we also got an arugula salad. I enjoyed this, although it featured more of the stinky feet kind of Parmesan than the more tame kind of Parmesan (if that’s your thing, then it’s a 10/10). Overall, would absolutely recommend as a spot for your next night out. 7.8/10.

A while back, maybe in the last year or so, I would say to anyone bringing up new pizza in the StL food scene that we are just saturated with good pizza and what is the point of yet another pizza spot? Are we as a metro area just trying to prove that we’re more than Imo’s? I love Katie’s, Nicky Slices, Press, Fordo’s, Pie Guy, Union Loafers, Motor Town…but my goodness I can only eat so much pizza.
Nettie’s proves that there is always room for more pizza. The pies are excellent, and the sides help them carve out a unique niche. Salad features a parm vinaigrette that is impressively savory, creamy yet light and refreshing. Great use of iceberg, usually so unloved by foodies. Garlic knots are, weirdly, not knots? Just dots. But they can identify as whatever they want because the texture and flavor on those little dots is, no joke, truly addicting. Chewy/crunchy, deceptively light, dangerous.
This is one of those places where you’re mad when you discover your partner ate the leftovers without you.

Quick service restaurant. Pizza was good. Reminded me of Italy. Prosciutto was abundant.

Counter service. The pizza was good. The salad was lacking in flavor/seasoning. Very watery. The marina served with the toasted ravioli was ice cold. The green sauce dipping was a bit bland. Staff was friendly.

We started with the basics — a margherita and the arugula salad — and both were great.
The margherita really lets the dough and ingredients speak, and the crust was exactly what you want: crisp, chewy, and not heavy. Simple, well-balanced, and clearly made with care. The arugula salad was fresh and bright and a perfect way to start.
The space has an easy, welcoming vibe and the staff were friendly and relaxed. This is the kind of place you go once and immediately know you’ll be back to work your way through the menu.
Really solid neighborhood pizza spot. We’ll be back.

We have dined at Nettie’s several times since they opened. The food was outstanding and the staff friendly and outgoing. Haven’t had a better pizza in St Louis since the Good Pie and Randolphi’s! Kudos to Mike Randolph, we wish you continued success. Can’t wait for another fine pizza and arugula salad. See you after Christmas!
