Nice, local bar with good bartenders and usually many friendly people to chat with. Worth a visit every now and then.

Not sure if they do good but place is cool. Patio is really nice. Back room is also cool. Prices are very fair. Locals are nice people.

Great bar, drinks and atmosphere. I wish they had a full service kitchen though. Research shows that people who eat food tend to buy one or two more drinks and stay longer.

I love your St. Patrick’s Day party. My one piece of advice would be to order more food. Last year I tried to get some corned beef but you were sold out.

Stopped here a couple of weeks ago with a friend. Very small indoor bar, but spacious back room and HUGE outdoor deck. BOTH owners stopped by our table and introduced themselves to us and welcomed us to their establishment! Bartender was gracious and very attentive, even though it was a very busy Friday night. The patrons were very friendly and we instantly felt like we belonged, not at all like it was our first time here. We definitely will be going back. LOVE the outdoor deck!

We go to NIPS every Wednesday during the summer for their bags league. We really have a lot of fun here. They have lots of outside seating both on a deck and an enclosed deck area that’s great for watching the game, but the inside bar is a little cramped. The owners are great people. They’re always finding ways to improve and genuinely want their customers to enjoy themselves.

This place is a great little pub. We attended an event out on the patio and back room and it was amazing. There was plenty of seating, the back was nicely landscaped. I would definitely recommend for an outdoor gather!

I’m sure you want an honest opinion so here it is it’s a great old Irish pub with a lot of history. The owners are amazing and the people are friendly. They have a great back deck where you can watch a game of horseshoes or pick them up and toss them yourself. The downside is I live life in a wheelchair and it is not by any means wheelchair friendly. Bathroom doors are too small which I can deal with. Trying to access the smoking room or the back deck takes quite an effort to move many people out of the way of the door. Wouldn’t be bad if I could access the deck from parking lot but it’s one step up so not accessible. My advice would be to build a small ramp at that one step and give up the one parking spot in front of it buy cross hatching it with yellow lines. If I deal with all these situations I have never had a bad time at NIPs
Update; Thank you Kav and Nettie! Shortly after this post went live that ramp got built to access the deck! Goes to show what kind of owners we are dealing with! Awesome!
