We went to Netflix house over our winter break recess with my boys & wife. It was a Christmas gift to check out all its attractions and the restaurant portion. The place is huge with lots of places to sit and enjoy the food and drinks. Definitely gets packed out and you’ll be given a digital marker to alert you when your table is ready to be seated. You have to go to the mall entrance side not from the outside the Netflix house entrance to get to restaurant. Once seated you order from scanning QR code on table where you’ll see full menu but can also request a physical menu if needed. You also pay through there which is neat bc there is no need to wait around to pay after meal is done. The service to bring us our food was probably around 45min, it was along time but honestly as a first experience and the place being crazy packed I wasn’t upset because I understood. My concern was quality of food and drinks but they did their thing and made sure our food and drinks were so delicious! We ate it all up from burgers to fries to chicken sandwiches and more! I’d recommend it if you can when you’re there @ least once, since I know the mall itself has lots of other options for restaurants too.

Such kind and attentive staff, and wonderful decor without a single detail overlooked. Even the elevators were Squid Game themed. The food was hot, fresh, and tasty…along with the great variety of drinks! (Would definitely recommend the Saja Boys Soda Pop) The cost wasn’t any higher than most other themed restaurants and we had a great time. I’d love to come back after some of the shows featured rotate!

The food was good and nicely presented. Solid burgers, crispy fries, and the pizza was decent.
The biggest downside is the seating chaos. There are two entrances: from the mall side you’re asked to wait to be seated, but from the store side people walk in and sit wherever they want. There’s no control, which is confusing and unfair to guests who follow the rules.
Good food overall, but the seating and entrance organization definitely need improvement.

Food was great and the atmosphere is really cool. Sadly the service was terrible – employees didn’t provide sufficient info about ordering. Drinks were delivered after food was. A question about a dessert was answered vaguely and we sat around waiting for followup which never came.

This bites place is recommended, and they have lot of food options and drink options too. The prices are reasonable. The portions are good. The service is fast. You can order using the app and plenty of seats available for use. You can also eat at bites without actually going to the shows/house. Try this place you wouldn’t be disappointed. The theme based interior makes it fun for the kids and the staff strives to keep the place clean.

Small menu but all of the food was good. We enjoyed the onion dip and pretzel for appetizers. The dirty banana soda was delicious.

This was the first time I’ve seen a streaming platform create an immersive dining experience that brings its top shows directly onto the menu. I visited Netflix Bites with my family and we really enjoyed the themed food and drink options. I personally chose the Grand Line Fish Sandwich and East Blue Milk Tea inspired by One Piece. The lines appeared long, but we were seated quickly, and the entrées were more filling than expected, so we ended up ordering more food than we needed. The Red Bite, Green Bite was a great appetizer option for anyone who likes chicken.
All orders are placed digitally, and payment must be made with a physical debit or credit card (online), as mobile wallet options were not accepted at the time. In keeping with Netflix’s primarily online experience, nearly every aspect of the visit felt streamlined and digital.

The restaurant is a cool experience, many themed meal options from various Netflix shows.
Went on a Tuesday afternoon, wait list for an hour, no big deal.
The food was blah. Looks good, just blah. Some of it wasn’t hot, like it had been sitting in a holding queue for a while.
The service was terrible. Had to order food online because the server was nowhere to be found. When he did finally come over, we asked for our drinks, which he said he’d go get. Asked him 2 more times for our drinks, which he never brought.
If you don’t care about waiting for mediocre food and terrible service, totally worth the $.

Don’t waste your time because you’ll be wasting ALOT of time. The atmosphere was cool and the food was pretty good….
We waited over 45 mins for a table and then they lost my place in line and I had to ask when we could get a table. Finally sat and we order our own food from a QR code which is totally fine….. our drinks (soda) never came, at least the food did. Our ‘server’ was a complete disaster and waste of time. Never brought refill. If you are seeking the novelty of eating here, then food is worth it.
