We pulled up and a young man came to our vehicle to take our order. He brought us a menu. Took our order and brought it out. He was very nice. We haven’t eaten here in years, we had moved away. I would definitely recommend trying this place. They only except cash but have an atm inside, husband did have to go in to pay as we didn’t have cash so he had to use atm.

While the cheap prices might influence the opinions to the more positive side, the quality of the food still leaves something to be desired. The portion sizes are smaller to begin with, so expecting the food to still be of a good quality makes sense.

Every time we come back to visit SIL, we always make at least one stop here! I absolutely love the fried green beans. The burgers are perfect, crunchy on the outside with just the right amount of toppings. Please don’t ever change.

My family has been coming here 30 years and it is the epitome of things done perfectly. The hamburger with mustard, pickle and onion is to die for. Traveled all over this country and nothing will ever compare to comfort food as polar whip does for me. I hope it stays here til the end of time as it’s something special. Polar Whip is a great traditional burger joint! It’s small but fast! The people are always polite and quick to help out!! Down fall is they don’t take cards you have to pay in cash! How ever they do have an ATM on site!
