Went here on Sunday for dinner and loved it. My mom and I wanted to go somewhere new (to us) and found this place while taking a drive. Our server Madeline was super nice, patient and helpful. Definitely recommend the crab dip app! But everything was delicious. I got the redemption burger my mom got the grilled chicken dinner. Both were excellent, tasted like it was right off an outdoor summer grill. Will definitely be going back regularly.

Went to grab a beer the other day. When I asked the bar tender what beers were on tap she was rude and sad “go see for yourself”. I then proceeded to place my order. Once I finished my beer, I still left a fairly generous tip because I understood how busy she was. Flash forward a few days, the transaction amount hits my account for nearly double what I tipped her. It’s crazy how you can have understanding and still try to be nice to someone but they still take you for bad. Won’t be back.

There’s only 1 bathroom & that’s a HUGEEEEEE NO. I ordered some chicken wings & they weren’t the worst, but they were a little tough to chew but will probably be doable if you must have something. Great spacing if you’re having an event.

We just moved up here and were looking to get some quick food with a good variety. I’ve gotta say I was really impressed. It looks very unassuming from the outside but once you get in it’s got a cozy mountain bar feel. It’s got an ATM available and the tab is paid digitally from your phone which is a super convenient. The food was unexpectedly great. We ordered steak nachos as an appetizer and when they were brought out it was a literal mountain of nachos. Way more than expected and they were delicious. Really loved the queso and jalapenos. For mains we got the chicken bacon ranch wrap and the mushroom Swiss smash burger with the loaded fries. Both were fresh and delicious and the pub sauce on the burger was so good! The fries are hand cut and topped with bacon and melted cheese. Our server Tommy was absolutely amazing. Super polite and helpful, made conversation and included our daughter in the conversation and made a joke about her footing the bill. He greeted other customers by name when they came in showing he makes an effort to remember them and was very laid back. He mentioned they had just bought the place back a few months ago when we mentioned how good everything was and said they were trying to build the business back up and they are doing a really great job. We will definitely be coming back! 10/10.

I hate to do this, maybe they are having a tough night but my first time getting food from here was some of the worst food I’ve ever had. The Caesar salad came as pictured with some gross, vomit-like dressing (not Caesar), no croutons no nothing. Then I hurt myself biting into a big bone in the “boneless” wings. To top things off, they sent me a tiny little cup of ranch for 12 big wings. What are you guys doing? Won’t be back.

We was in for the AYCE crab legs and shrimp and the food was amazing. Our server AJ was on top of things and we never waited on food. I highly recommend this place as we will definitely be back.

I’ve tried this place a few times to give it a fair chance and it fails each time. Service is horrible, food is horrible and always cold. They don’t know how to run this place with enough staff for the customers outside, inside and ordering food. If it’s busy and if you don’t hear them yell your food is ready it will sit there and get cold until you check on your order. This could be a nice place if someone who know how to run a bar/grill owned it. Horrible I will never go back or recommend to anyone!!!!!

Wow what a hidden gem. We just moved here recently and tried this place on a whim, and I’m sure glad we did!
We started with the nachos (massive and loaded) then I moved on to a chicken wrap and loaded fries. The wrap was loaded with flavor! I was suprised to find the fries hand cut! My wife had the mushroom swiss burger, and it had this tangy sauce to top it! So good!
10/10 We will be back!

Neon Moon. “Under New Management” should have been a good thing; it wasn’t.
It was a special night out for my wife and me. So, we gave ourselves permission to splurge on a couple good, pricy dinners. We arrived at Neon Moon around 5:15PM on December 2, 2024. My wife ordered the Rib Eye steak with baked potato and a house salad. I ordered the meatloaf… no meatloaf… I ordered the NY Strip with rice pilaf… no rice pilaf… asparagus and a house salad. We both requested medium rare for the steaks.
The meals arrived at our table about 25 minutes later. My steak was fine, not hot but it was medium rare. My wife’s steak was medium well, not medium rare. Even though the waitress said she could take it back to the kitchen and they would “fix it”, anyone who knows cooking, you cannot “fix” an overcooked steak; at least not without starting all over again. And that only works if they redo both meals otherwise, I’d be eating my steak while she waits for hers. I ended up sharing my steak.
Granted, I didn’t eat my asparagus right away, but when I did get to it, it was room temperature.
My wife’s potato had a skin that was so tough on the bottom that it couldn’t even be cut with her steak knife. Oh, and the lettuce in the salads was wilted.
So, whereas my meal was okay (just okay), there was nothing right about my wife’s meal. Management did discount my wife’s meal by, what I guessed was half price. At least we got out of there before Karaoke started.
