This is a true hidden gem in Southern Minnesota. The food was fantastic. Also that they offer seafood was a big deal, as it is hard to find in this part of the world. Prices were very reasonable. The drinks are amazing and they have an excellent selection. We were thrilled to find Nena’s and will be back.

I was so excited to try this place. They have great marketing and good pictures. Unfortunately, it was an underwhelming experience. I’m hoping it was on off night, but the service was really slow and not very friendly.
The outside doesn’t look very nice, but I didn’t let that bother me. I’ve had some of the best food at places that didn’t look that nice on the outside. The inside atmosphere has a lot of potential.
Half of our group enjoyed their food, and the other half didn’t finish their food. All the food came out at different times. A twenty minute difference from the first plate to last. We were wondering if they forgot the last order. I went walking around to find a server to ask.
They have a huge menu, so I was excited to enjoy it and come back many times. I may give it another try, hoping it was an off night, but the prices are plenty high to rush back for another try.

Extensive drink menu; exceptionally fresh, creative and well executed!! Flights were amazing.

Terrible service!!!!!! We tried to go for my birthday after rave reviews. We live 45 minutes away. We walked in, were told to sit anywhere, sat where there was a small group getting ready to leave, we waited 20 minutes and none of the 4 employees standing around came to help us, all 4 of them helped one customer pay his bill, then cleared the 2 tables next to us and never once said a word to us. I was so excited to try it, needless to say, we will not be back.

Update went back a second time and it was not the same food was old tasting and nasty it looked good but it wasn’t I puked in the parking lot during my meal I don’t think there will be a third time.

The food was AMAZING. I wanted to bring a giant bucket of the charra beans home with me! Their salsa? Chunky and smooth, great flavor. They have a huge drink menu and the best part, a lot of the drinks can be made virgin which is great for those that aren’t 21 or those that don’t drink.
Great variety of food items I had a hard time deciding. HIGHLY recommend and I cannot wait to go back!

Don’t let the exterior fool you, this is an excellent bar & grill. Atmosphere is good, Service is helpful & welcoming and the food and drinks are creative and amazing! Bring an appetite and friends!
