The item I purchased was good but my issue is with the customer service . When anyone walks into a store, you expect to be greeted.The cashier just looked at me and continued doing what she was doing.No “hi, good morning” or “welcome” or “i will be with you in just a moment”. She just continued doing what she was doing. The customer service in this location is actually pretty bad.The 3 times that I have come to your location.It was the same experience.They do not acknowledge the customers when they come in , even if they’re busy a quick glance and a hello , would do wonders for the customer experience.

I asked to redeem my bowl for 13$ and instead the waffles for 4.99 were removed the cheapest item on my order and not what I asked to redeem my 500 points for
Cashiers response sorry nothing I can do about it I don’t get to decide what the register does
Also watched a whole different customer come in and wait for over 5 minutes cashier standing within 5 feet of him the whole time and absolutely nooooooo acknowledgment of him he turned and walked out ‼️‼️
You took my points and kept my dollars and lost a whole different sale right behind it
