We stopped by today (Sunday) around noon and found the location closed, despite someone being inside.
The woman in the back did not acknowledge us and made us feel like an inconvenience when we tried to open the door. When she opened it for us, she did not say an anything.
When we placed our order and paid with cash, we were asked, “Did you see the sign? exact cash or card only?”
Unfortunately, the overall experience felt unwelcoming. We’ll be visiting the one in La Habra.

Mobile order was easy just go to the pick up window and get it. I came quickly after placing the order so it wasn’t quite ready yet.
Ordered the Açai berry bowl no banana inside or on top with added peanut butter topping. Requested granola on the side. I like that they replaced banana with the other fruit for the inside when I mark “No banana inside”. The mobile app doesn’t allow you to have notes or comments but I usually ask them when I arrive to be sure. Have to check or you’ll end up with runny soupy açai bowl! I also said no banana on top but they said they do not sub it with the other fruit that is already included. They only do it for the inside, not top. I guess they leave empty space where the banana would have gone? They should fill in with other fruit. It is a berry bowl so just fill in with the other berries. I still liked my bowl but it turned soupy so fast!
Did not get much interaction from staff to rate the customer service but my order was made exactly as requested and came with napkins and utensil in a togo bag. Glad I didn’t have to ask for a bag as other locations, you have to. Varies by store.
This has now become my 2nd favorite Nekter location! Hopefully, when I do interact with the store staff, it will be pleasant and welcoming!

We stopped by this shop not realizing they were closing soon. Instead of calmly informing us, a team member rudely raised their voice and told us they were closed and wouldn’t serve my family and I. Had I known they were already closed, we would not have stopped in. There was no need for the attitude — a simple, polite explanation would have been enough. This kind of customer service is unacceptable and makes us not want to return. Please do better in training team members so that others don’t have to go through this harsh treatment.

The reason for this negative review is because I first contacted them on July 24th regarding experience issues through their website and have yet to hear a response. Maybe someone here will reply and resolve my issue.
Smoothies are great, service is good. However their protein waffles have gotten worst every time I got them. I would get a waffle with missing ingredients and after the third time this happened, I decided to contact them. Why allow me to order if you don’t have the ingredients necessary to make the waffle. My ticket is 35835 Experience Issues. Had hopes this would be resolved as I enjoyed getting their smoothies. Unfortunately, due to their lack of getting back to me, I will no longer be ordering from them until they resolve my issue.

By far my favorite Nékter! No matter what day is it the manager Danny always makes it a priority to acknowledge me as soon as i walk in the door. He’s super nice and always has a smile on his face. I recently fell in love with juices so I’ve tried every juice they have displayed beside the beets one. There hasn’t been one i didn’t like! Yes the juices like all out there are a little pricey but i have the app which always gives me alerts when they are on sale or if i have any rewards! So i highly recommend getting that. Oh & the location is perfect because there’s always parking:)

After trying my first Nekter protein bowl and Nekter protein shake, I have not returned to my former go-to Juice Bar, closer to my home. Aside from everything tasting so delicious, I really love the rewards program that continues bringing me back for more each week. My wife and I are extremely happy with your products and overall service. We love Nekter!

Waited over 10 mins passed my pick up time. There was only one person working. Clerk did not acknowledge me at pick up counter. When she finally came to help after I called her, gave her my name and my order was ready the whole time! Horrible customer service
