This business used to be my go-to spot for quality shakes, but the past month has been disappointing—my health nut protein shakes with extra almond butter taste watered down and lack the expected grainy, nutty texture I pay for. I’ve given plenty of chances as a regular, but service issues like unanswered phones add to the frustration.
I hope the owner takes customer feedback seriously to turn things around—wishing you the best moving forward! In the meantime, consider replacing this with a stronger option near Eos Gym. Thanks for listening

Finally, a location that fills bowls with the right proportion! I ordered the Açai Banana Berry Bowl with no banana in or on top and granola on the side.
My base was extra thick I love it! It was filled to an expected level which is more than what other locations do. I’ve been to quite a few locations but I think this one can become a favorite. If there’s anything I can suggest, it’s to fill in bowl toppings with other included fruit if the request is to omit a fruit. I requested no bananas inside and on top but the bowl could have been filled in with extra blueberries and strawberries in place of the banana for toppings. They did make sure the base was covered which is why it was extra thick, nice job!
The store is very clean and well kept. The plaza, The Groves, appears to be new. Hope they keep it clean and organized. This looks to be the store that opens the latest. They open until 8pm!! Thanks for being open later!

I’ve never had an issue with Nektar before until now. I made an online order of the pb health nut. When I picked up the drink and started to try it I noticed how watery it was, which it usually isn’t. Then halfway through there was a big chunk of something in it. I kept drinking it and when I got home I opened it to see a chunk of ice still left inside. Hope everyone else’s drinks are thoroughly blended and not super watery.

I’ve ordered in person and online viz the website, and I specifically appreciate that there is no convenience fee to order online! The quality of the items are great, you can tell its natural and good for you. The staff in the whittier location (only been to this location) are professional, friendly and knowledgeable. The place is small but has some seating to wait, but it’s clean! Also the price may seem kinda high but the regular size green apple juice did not fit in my cup holder because it was too big, so yiu get your money’s worth for sure! If you don’t finish your drinks all the way I definitely recommend the small or even the mini, its a perfect size!

I come into Nektar Juice Bar often and I usually order the Pink Flamingo smoothie which is delicious. The service is exceptional Isaiah has such great energy and is always super friendly as long as the rest of the staff. I highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for a healthy and delicious snack.

I had a really bad experience at Nektar Juice Bar recently. The customer service was terrible from the moment I walked in. The staff (two girls) were rude, dismissive, and made it seem like helping customers was a burden. No greeting, no smile — just attitude.
On top of that, my order took way too long to prepare. I waited over 20 minutes for a simple GINGER SHOT, and when I politely asked for an update, the response was curt and unhelpful. There were barely any other customers, so there was no excuse for the delay.
This kind of service is completely unacceptable. I came in hoping for a quick and refreshing pick-me-up, but left frustrated and disappointed. Definitely won’t be coming back, and I can’t recommend this place to anyone who values good service and basic professionalism.

My experience with the staff is always phenomenal. My juices are great. I love the toxin flush. I just wish you would go back to the old way we used to scan for our rewards because sometime it’s difficult for the customers & employees and they have to help the customers sometime, it can be time-consuming, but other than that, I’ll give you 10 stars across the board

Do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere. The customer service was non-existent. From the moment a friend and I walked in, the girl behind the register had an attitude and just simply looked miserable. Luckily, I was only there to buy a water bottle, but my friend ordered a ginger shot and took them 20 minutes to make. We assumed she was the only employee working and maybe that explained the terrible customer service and the wait time, but we realized there was a second employee in the back, so we couldn’t understand why it took them as long as it did. The store was NOT busy, there was one other person who walked in AFTER US, and somehow, she left way before we were serviced. I don’t normally leave reviews anywhere, but this place really bothered me. If you can’t do the bare minimum and be courteous and professional, then maybe pick a different job.
