I have enjoyed my smoothie 3 times consecutively at this spot. It’s delicious, and never watery. The staff is sometimes super busy, and the waits can be long. However you are getting exactly what you are paying for smoothie wise. I can’t speak for the rest of the menu. I love this place and no complaints

All in all wonderful experience!!Got greeted as soon as I walked through the door. I came in closer to close and expected for the workers to be run down and ready to go home, but instead they had high energy and look genuinely happy to be there. I was struggling to pick what I wanted and Sierra was so helpful and gave multiple different options that she liked. I ended up getting a chocolate bowl which was delicious. 10/10 must recommend‼️

I go to this location every weekend and get the same thing PB&J Chai parfait. The girls that work there are so sweet and give great customer service.
I went in on Sat 11/23 around noon. After taking a few bites I noticed the parfait was warm and did not taste right. I threw it out. 2/ 3 hours later I started throwing up and continued most of the night. I emailed the store but have yet to hear back.
Update: I did receive an email back apologizing and a gift card was left in the office for me.

Sierra at the Carefree/Cave Creek location was great! I hadn’t been into a nectar before and I was looking for a smoothie place next to my gym. She guided me away from a smoothie choice and suggested a change in that smoothie (strawberry banana) that put in non lactose option and it was delicious and didn’t have any lactose in it! Thanks for the above and beyond service Sierra!
