Ordered from this place on doordash and loved both of the items I tried – a peanut butter bowl with extra banana and peanut butter drizzle and a make your own mini parfait. The peanut butter chia pudding, coconut whip cream and peanut butter granola were so good! I will definitely be coming here again in the future.

I love the smoothies here. That being said, I’ve never met someone in customer service with such poor people skills. I walked in with my two kids and she was immediately rude to my 5 year old. Before my daughter even did anything she looked at her, snatched the bell sitting in front of her face and said (in a very clipped tone) “don’t touch it, I’m standing right here”. I get being annoyed with the bell, however, I don’t think the way she handled it was necessary or appropriate at all! She then continued her attitude and shortness with me while receiving my order. Even after the incident with my daughter, I was friendly. I asked for a suggestion on kids drinks and she was incredibly rude about about it, making it clear she just wanted the order and to be done with it. I believe her name was Shaylin or something that started with Shay. I don’t know if she just doesn’t like kids or if that’s just her personality. Either way, this is not a place for her snarky attitude. This place will lose mine and many others business until that girl is gone.

This place closes at 5 (marked on their door), not 5:15, as indicated on google. Also, the website says that you get a free smoothie if you download the app, but that’s a bit misleading; you get a free smoothie when you download the app… AFTER your first order with the app.
The açai bowl was okay, but it tasted like the açai base was a bit artificial; not like other açai bases I’ve eaten before. The strawberries were also frozen. The PB chocolate smoothie was good. I’d think twice before coming here again.

The staff girl is seriously so unprofessional. She was so loud and couldn’t even take constructive criticism. She kept saying her voice was just loud and didn’t appreciate me telling her she was being loud. I wasn’t even saying in a mean way. She was so snarky in her comments too. Wish my experience could’ve been better.

So lucky to have this place! You wouldn’t believe it in a gas station, but they have the best bowls in my opinion and excellent smoothies and juices, using house made cashew milk. If you want super sugary smoothies with sherbet, this isn’t the place. If you want healthy and fresh, look no further. I’ve had Nekter in San Diego and am happy to say this location lives up to the name.

Super easy to order online and order was ready by the time promised upon completing the order. Smoothie was a beautiful fuscha color and so yummy! Pricepoint was great considering it was a rare healthy eats option located in a truck stop. The only negative was actually finding the place. The black text on the store front signage was difficult to spot during the daytime. Also there was not noticable signage directing to the little drive thru pickup window, unless you were at the side of the building with the actual window.

I’d love to rate this place better, but, unfortunately we were greeted by Kayley again on our visit on 8/26.
When we arrived we tried to go through the drive through to no avail, as no one came to the window. We parked and went inside the gas station to find Kayley on her cell phone sitting in a plastic Adirondack chair in the gas station. She stepped to the cash register as we entered and Never took a moment to greet us.
After a second I asked HER,
“How are you?”, To which I never received a response!
We placed our order and she left to the back and I was truly concerned about the sanitary situation as she never washed her hands after we watched her on her phone.
Thankfully someone more customer service oriented made our drinks and brought them out.
Kayley has showed poor attitude both times we’ve visited this location and we may not be back because of her.
Patrons don’t want to feel like they are inconveniencing you to do the job you were hired for. This location purely lacks customer service as we felt that if Kayley had made our drinks they may have been contaminated, and she has showed us twice that she hates being there.
