Google shows this Nékter Juice Bar location as closing at 6:00 PM. I arrived at 5:57 PM — lights were still on and the “Open” sign was still in the window.
I walked in and asked if I could place an order. The employee behind the register didn’t even look up and simply said, “No, we’re closing.”
No greeting. No apology. No explanation. Just dismissal.
If your posted closing time is 6:00 PM, customers should reasonably expect to be able to order until 6:00 PM. Turning someone away three minutes before closing — while the store is still visibly open — is poor customer service.
Even worse was the attitude. A simple “Sorry, we’ve already shut things down for the night” would have gone a long way.
If this location actually stops serving earlier than the posted hours, the hours should be updated. Otherwise customers who make the effort to arrive before closing deserve better than this.

I’m a fan of the fresh juices, the staff are always so kind! I don’t get out to snider plaza a lot but when I do I pay a visit for a fresh drink in a chill, low stakes, non-stuffy environment I love that if you put ice in your juice they’ll go up a size, so you’re truly getting a 16 oz, 24 oz of juice when they put it in a cup size larger

I love every other Nekter location. They’re usually very fresh and delicious with polite and helpful employees. This location is running some kind of scam. They ran my card and then for some reason only charged the tip and then they told me oh it didn’t go through. You need to pay again. So I paid it again, but I made sure not to tip. They were trying to get a double tip from me! I’ve never encountered blatant merchant dishonesty like this. I get that businesses down because of all the construction on Snyder Plaza but that shouldn’t mean that they try to finesse someone for a double tip. Someone not paying attention easily could have ran their card a second time not realizing that they did in fact take the tip out out of the first card swipe. Honestly, I hope a district manager looks into this because it’s not the way to treat people. Even if your business is down, it doesn’t mean you should try to finesse people for double tips.

Having been to Nekter locations in California, I knew what I was getting myself into. They have a variety of smoothies, juices, and bowls. Very happy to have this one so close to my new home in Dallas. I still miss getting my favorite acai bowls on the beach, but this place is good enough to help me not feel so bad about that

I’ve gotten the açaí bowl over 10 times, it’s really good. However, the same can’t be said for the customer service. There’s an older woman and pierced girl working there that have really bad attitudes and hostile energy. The literally walk away from attending to customers. I don’t feel comfortable leaving a tip. People are not obligated to tip anyways.
