PROs: Ok location. The cashier was kind. Dragon Fruit bowl was good and was presented nicely but I was unable to finish it.
CONs: Parking is tight and next to Chik-fil-a. Unwelcoming vibe as there was only 1 table with 4 chairs, unclean. Pineapple & strawberries was bitter.
Unlike other Nekter establishments I visited, this place was not clean. And I was the only customer, there’s no excuse why this place is not clean. The window to the prep area was small and unable to see how or who was making my order of Dragon Fruit bowl.

Was going to chic fl la and saw nektar thought “oh! Cleaner option! However when I arrived the vibe in here is dead girl shows up on the back and I can barely hear her. It gave that she don’t want to interact with me. I kept having to say I can’t hear you. Weird girl. Anywho I order the protein power bowl. She walked away. Then I saw they have waffles so I had to embarrassing yell for someone’s attention to order. Place the order my bowl comes out and it doesn’t look like the proper base and looked like Açai it’s was bluish. All she did was apologize and handed me the waffles I ordered. Awkwardly again, I had to then ask for a bag to put all of my items in while they just stared at me because it was another gentleman in there just very awkward interacting employees.

Truly depends on who is working. Sadly the individual that I have had the last two times isn’t the most pleasant of person to deal with. I asked here why the cup wasnt filled up and that it looked like the portion size would have fit in the mini. All she said was that it was three scoops. My wife got the same size and hers was filed up as it should have been.

My wife, daughter and I went to Nekter for the first and only time Saturday afternoon When we arrived the lobby was empty and no employee was at the counter. After about 5ish minutes I went and opened the front door again to let the bells that were on the door ring again. A lady came from the back and said “what do you want”. So we gave our order while the lady just stared at us. She then asked for our order again and finally told us the price. She went to make our drinks and when she brought them to us, she set them on the counter and walked away as if we were a inconvenience to her and this establishment. We didn’t receive a hello, a sorry for your wait, good afternoon, or even a thank you.
Won’t be back and won’t recommend.

I always go to the plaza location, but I decided to try out the one that was closest to my house today. I do have to say it’s the longest I’ve ever had to wait for a bowl, but there was only 2 employees and they had lots of orders, so I didn’t give them a hard time at all about anything. I just waited.
My only complaint was that my dragon fruit bowl was a little bit liquid, and it’s usually a lot thicker. It was more like soup, than a smoothie.
But the location is new and they’re doing their best good job, guys

The juices and smoothies were super fresh and full of flavor (the pineapple nectar was my favorite). The staff were really friendly and made me feel welcome. I also liked that they had healthy options for different diets like gluten-free and dairy-free

Favorite place to get a healthy meal. A great selection of ready-made juices or build your own smoothie bowls that I would never be able to make myself. The healthy yet tasty choices make this place all worth visiting. I like the option to grab and go. The Staff has always been knowledgeable and helpful when I visit. Keep up the good work!
