Me and my husband drove from Grand Marsh to eat here. Cute little place. Very friendly staff, upbeat and sweet. I had soup
( homemade), a big turkey bacon club sandwich, pickle spear, 2 tall glasses of raspberry iced tea, and another soup to go. Husband had soup, salad, half a fried chicken, homemade mashed potatoes and gravy, and mixed vegetables. Our bill was under $32!! Crazy! We enjoyed our roadtrip, saw 5 eagles on the way home! So, we will be back!

Went to the Wisconsin State Trap meet and picked this place off of a Google maps review. We were not disappointed. Friendly staff, great food and timely too! Food portions were large for the price. Will go back next year too!

Amazing experience every day for lunch for 2 weeks! From Walleye dinner to Rodeo Burger, jumbo shrimp or any of your favorite breakfast dreams. To make your meal better, you get a fresh cup of hot chicken n dumplings soup or another if you desire.

Jen and her crew are always cheerful and happy to see their regular customers. We usually get the breakfast menu or the Friday fish fry. Love the homemade soup, warm fresh baked bread and the fresh fruit subbed for your potato!!

The taco salad had a bit much excess of salt. Overpowering actually. Overall the amount of meat & toppings were larger than a lot of places though. I still think it’s crazy to get an extra charge for more salsa. What’s next, extra for ketchup on a cheeseburger? I liked the place though. Small, convenient, friendly, etc.

My husband and I stopped today for lunch. We both had the lasagna which we normally would never do because, hey, no one can make lasagna like you can make yourself, right? Anyway it was great. We were served soup (me) and salad (my husband), big portions of lasagna (like enough for each of us to take home enough for another full meal), and garlic bread. Our waitress was very friendly and on top of it. She topped off our drinks before we needed to ask, etc. The restaurant itself is not at all fancy, but it is very comfortable and feels like a place for good friends and neighbors to gather. If we get over to Nekoosa again I’m sure we’ll pop back in.
