We ordered a hamburger and a pizza. We waited over an hour, no food. We asked the waitress and she left to check and did not come back. Everyone around us started getting their food and they ordered after us. We left! Very poor service! This was our first time going there and will not go back.

Stopped in at Neisen’s last Wednesday night to check out and scout the talent on their karaoke night. Excellent joint, large and spacious. The bartenders were very friendly and helpful. Very affordable drink and food prices.
Ordered a club sandwich with fries and it was absolutely delicious. Sandwich was toasted just right and lots of meat and veggie in between the perfectly toasted bread. Asked to have the french fries made crispy and they totally met the mark, golden brown crispy and not burnt. Tons and tons of parking.

Highly recommend Neison’s for a bite and a pint. Stop and you won’t regret it.

Editing my review as of 6/29: I’m changing my review to only 2 stars now that House of Gloor is not serving food, that was THE ONLY reason to go to Neisens. The staff may be friendly but that doesn’t mean anything when the service is terrible. Needless to say I doubt I’ll be back to this establishment.
The food is amazing and the staff are friendly but the service leaves a lot to be desired – half the time they don’t bring plates with appetizers or they don’t come around often enough. Myself and a buddy have both had beer served to us in a previously used bloody mary glass.

Definitely a diamond in the rough. The food was amazing! We got the duck bacon wantons, Philly Burger & fries, chips with hog chupcabra dip, chupacabra burger and sweet potatoe tots. Everything we had was spot on. The kitchen and menu is independently owned by the House of Gloor (HOG). I highly recommend checking this out. Can’t wait to go back and try some other menu items.
