We went there for the Easter buffet, got there at 11:30, nobody stated what we need to do. Waited at table, then decided we should go stand in line, for approximately 15 minutes, get to the food area and they were out of almost everything. They were totally out of chicken, mashed potatoes, green bean casserole, ham and turkey! Waited at station for some or all to be refilled, which was not! Totally not worth the time and money. When you have a buffet, especially on a holiday, there should be better staff, more prepared for alot of people. Ended up settling for the small amount they had, because to stand in line for a long time and get the same result, was I didn’t want to do for me and my family! Top it off nobody even came to our table to see if we wanted something to drink, very poor service! Then go to pay and the staff arguing about people’s complaints and there is so many people, what did they expect, you advertise and us as customers expect to have good service and food on the buffets!
