My husband and I tried the “Members Only” sandwich and the quinoa salad with salmon, and both were delicious. The fries were well-seasoned, and everything tasted fresh. The salmon was slightly salty but still really flavorful. For drinks, I ordered the East Side — it was fresh, minty, and definitely strong. I personally enjoy a stiff drink, but if that’s not your thing, you may want to choose something lighter.
The beer list was solid, and they even had a secondary list available that day with a wider variety than what was on the main menu. The only thing that had us scratching our heads a bit were some of the prices — a few items seemed oddly high or surprisingly low — but overall it balanced out in the end.
I’d recommend this spot whether you’re staying at the hotel or just in the area. We would definitely come back.

We were visiting from out of town for my husband’s work trip. The wait staff was amazing, especially with our six year old. She wanted juice, but she wanted it in one of the “fancy” glass cups they serve the water in. The waitress didn’t even miss a beat and said they could certainly do that.
The menu is limited, but we liked what we ordered. The highlight was the appetizer we selected. I don’t remember the exact name but it was the cauliflowers. I highly recommend those.

Very high prices for quality that does not match it. We got the chicken tortilla soup (tasted like Campbells would not recommend), hot brown tots, chicken sandwich, and hamburger. Waitress was nice but simply not worth it whatsoever. Skip this and go to an outside restaurant.

I ordered the soup and salad option, and while the soup was perfectly fine, the salad was a huge disappointment. The greens were slimy and tasted awful — the kind of thing that should never make it out of the kitchen. When I mentioned it, the staff did offer to bring a new one, but at that point I didn’t want to try again. It’s frustrating because a simple salad should be the easiest thing on the menu to get right. I left feeling really let down.

We arrived at our hotel late and didn’t want to get back out so went ahead and ate at the in-hotel restaurant. My Wigan’s I both got the burger with fries and we got the tempura battered asparagus. The asparagus was different and came with a ranch dipping sauce and they were actually quite tasty. I asked for my burger medium well and it came out perfect. The burgers came with fries and the fries were fantastic. The seasoning was a nice garlicky flavor and who doesn’t love garlic. I had a free cocktail ticket that was a specific drink but it wasn’t great. Tasted more like medicine than a drink but it was a freebie. If you don’t feel like getting out of the hotel, this restaurant is perfectly fine for a nice meal. With tip, we spent eight at $52 and had water for drinks.

We had an incredible dinner at Neighborhood Services. The host, Yoni immediately greeted and welcomed us for my husband’s birthday. Eliza even made sure to have birthday card on our table for him and made sure everything was to our satisfaction. Our server, Rohit, was attentive, friendly and gave us wonderful recommendations from the menu. The food was presented beautifully and was equally as delicious. We all loved our meal, even the pickiest eaters among us raved about how great it was. Brooke was fantastic at making our drinks. We can’t thank everyone enough for our experience and wonderful dinner. We will definitely be back.

We had a fantastic breakfast at Neighborhood Services, the restaurant inside the Omni Hotel in Louisville. The food was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The service was also top-notch—friendly, attentive, and fast. It was the perfect start to our day, and we loved the relaxed yet upscale atmosphere. Whether you’re staying at the hotel or just in the area, this spot is definitely worth a visit. We’ll be coming back next time we’re in town!
