The moment you walk in to this shop you know your about to have some delicious ice-cream….the choices are unlimited…diffrent cones, toppings all…tried many flavors and they are all delicious…the service is awesome aswell very knowledgeable and super nice! Also she played t-swift on a tuseday through the speakers!!…set the vibe hahah awesome experience make sure you don’t waist time and grab your punch cards because you will be back!

Very cute place and over wide variety with their own parking spots in front of the shop! I went for boba and I found it to be good, but not the authentic tapioca boba balls …more the gel kind as well as it was pricy over $20 for two drinks…so that’s why the 4stars.

Amazing experience at Neighborhood Scoop ice cream shop! The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. We tried the butter pecan scoop in a waffle cone and a double chocolate milkshake – both were absolutely phenomenal! The homemade ice cream flavors were rich and delicious, served at the perfect temperature, and had great creamy consistency. They have so many gourmet flavor choices in their display case and give generous scoops. The shop has a fun, family-friendly atmosphere with cute decor. This local ice cream parlor definitely deserves more than 5 stars! Great dessert spot – will definitely be back for more treats!

I don’t even know.how a place that serves milkshakes only has one blender for milkshakes and it’s a model I can buy and a store. The lady working there tonight was air brained and let it run until it burnt out. 2mins unchecked. No wonder it was no longer working ♂️ there was customer who had already been served and was sitting and eating and she was busy talking to them while doing everything else. And when the machine broke she wouldn’t stop looking to said customer for help, Clearly not good with distractions. Customer service doesn’t require personal conversations that supersede other customers experience.

A tasty treat minus the beachside crowds. As a community we need to be appreciative of folks willing to invest in our little town and get an amazing milkshake or ice cream in a chocolate dipped waffle cone! It’s centrally located and near many dining options. Perfect for an after dinner snack. There’s a small counter inside and a nice seating area on either side of the shop. Perfect for enjoying a delicious ice cream treat in the cozy tropical setting. There’s a wide variety of flavors as well as non dairy options.

I knew the place on my way through Ormond Beach. the place is clean, big for the kids to play and it’s on the main road that goes to the beach. The quality of the ice cream is incredible because of the variety of flavours and creaminess. Wonderful attention, the girl showed me the flavors and variety of combinations. this visit exceeded my expectations. finally, there is ice cream for people allergic to milk, they have ice cream based on coconut milk. We’ll be back with pleasure.
