Our food was great! We really enjoyed our server William and the team. We were talked into there’d velvet pancake which was amazing. Pictured are the West Side Benny and the Back to the Basics. The environment was quieter due to the snow and ice. The service was great.

My server David was an absolute star at his job. He was attentive, kind, thoughtful and answered all my questions – and made a SOLID recommendation. He recommended the Cuban – best breakfast sandwich I’ve had in a long time.
The manager Trent was one of the best managers I’ve seen – he’s hands on; running plates, bringing drinks, seating guests AND checking in with his people. I could not recommend this place MORE. It’s was a wonderful experience!

My wife and I had been wanting to visit this place for a while. They were always extremely busy whenever we attempted to visit Neighborhood JAM. We went with friends last Sunday, though, and it was well worth the wait. The coffee was excellent, and the atmosphere was lovely. The cuisine? Delectable! The shrimp and grits I had were excellent, among the best I’ve ever had. The service was excellent as well. Staff members are attentive and kind. Although there may be a slight wait during busy times, I highly recommend checking this place out.

Walked in and the place was busy but the hostess was able to give me a choice of a booth or table. My waitress arrived shortly with water & coffee and took my order. She was sweet, friendly and helpful. My order arrived in short time nice and hot. I ordered Hot Jam Biscuit and it was super delicious. This plate included a biscuit sandwich with fried chicken breast and an over easy egg. On the side was breakfast potatoes, bell peppers, and grilled onions. My waitress also brought me some house jam which went perfectly with the biscuit. I very much enjoyed having breakfast here and highly recommend this place for sure.

My husband and I tried Neighborhood Jam for the first time today and we were really impressed! They have a gluten free menu which is always a plus for me! The food was very delicious! My husband also got to try their cinnamon roll and absolutely loved it! The service was great too and very accommodating with us and our baby! We had a great experience and will be back for sure!

Perfect place for breakfast/brunch. Upon arrival we were immediately greeted and seated. Our server quickly took our drink order and revisited to take our food order. Even with the restaurant being extremely busy they had our food out quickly and it was piping hot & fresh! The atmosphere is booming and the staff are very bubbly! I would highly recommend this Neighborhood JAM to all of my friends and family as the food and service are top notch!

This place is HOPPING! From the moment we walked in, it was clear why—this spot knows how to bring the flavor! The food was nothing short of phenomenal. I had the avocado toast, which was perfectly fresh and flavorful. My best friend’s little girl had a chocolate chip pancake, served with avocado slices on the side (a brilliant combo, if you ask me!). We couldn’t resist adding two pieces of candied bacon on the side—talk about a game-changer. And I also grabbed some cinnamon rolls to go because, honestly, how could I not? Every bite of everything we had was pure deliciousness.
Now, full transparency: there was a bit of a wait (about 42 minutes) to be seated, and once we were seated, it took a solid 12 minutes before our server came to greet us. But honestly, it was so worth the wait. This place is busy for a reason, and when the food hits the table, you totally get it.
Shout-out to Nicole, (the food runner maybe, or manager, not sure), who went above and beyond. She not only brought our food but also made sure my avocado and to-go cinnamon rolls were ordered, stepping in when our server was running behind. She even bussed our plates while we sipped on our coffee, making sure everything was taken care of so we could enjoy the moment. She absolutely deserves a kudos—and maybe even a raise!
We’ll definitely be back, especially to try the Cuban sandwich we saw at the table next to us (it looked amazing). If you’re considering checking this place out, just know it’s totally worth the wait.

Lemon poppy seed pancakes – Wow, delicious. My wife had the Okie Benny, it wss also really good. Wait staff was almost to friendly in that there was a moment that 6 people came by over a 3 minute period which made having a conversation somewhat difficult. Otherwise, it was a good experience. Oh, and the black coffee is a bit to light.

Food is decent with smaller breakfast portion sizes for the price. I love dark coffee but I didn’t really care for the cappuccino. Atmosphere is really nice! Service was great. Food wasn’t good enough for us the come back though. I also loved the option to join the waitlist online!

First time eating at Neighborhood Jam today and over all it was a great experience. Season was my server and took great care of me while dining here and I had some menu questions and asked for recommendations and she was extremely helpful and patient with me taking my time on my order. I had the biscuits with apple butter and peach habanero jam which was excellent followed with the El Jefe which had a good kick of spice to it and a side of candied bacon. Tried the Sam Elliot Expresso and it was ok but I would definitely come back to try their other selections. The only thing bad I can say is the wait times are long to get in but I get it with how popular it is.
