I am orginally from NJ where Taylor ham is king. The Taylor ham egg and cheese sandwich here is the best breakfast sandwich in my bias opinion and the cook makes it to perfection. 4 slices of thick Taylor ham hand sliced and cooked well, 2 fried eggs that are not over cooked and a substatial amount of cheese on a good hard roll. the sandwich itself is heavy and will slow you down but its amazing. I am glad I found this spot its a rare find.
