I experienced Negranti Creamery + Coffee for the first time and it delighted my taste buds beyond expectations! After taste-testing several flavors, including Lemon, Strawberry Basil, Black Coffee Chip, Salted Brown Sugar and PB Chip, i ordered an Salted Brown Sugar Affogota ( which is espresso poured over your choice of ice cream) which was recommended by my friendly server. I was planning on ordering an espresso anyways and this was the perfect late-morning treat for myself. The indoor setting was bright and cheerful, and the outdoor patio was calming and embraced the Boise River.

Officially our new ice cream place. As someone who is lactose intolerant it’s amazing to find a place where I can have ice cream. The flavors are so good. And their white chocolate raspberry latter was beyond delicious. We also loves hearing how the company started and knowing it was created for the original owners children hit a special spot in our hearts. My daughter absolutely fell in love with the place. Also their prices are epic and it’s not ridiculously over priced.

Negranti Creamery & Coffee exceeded our expectations. The sheep’s milk ice cream has a beautiful gelato-like texture—dense, creamy, and not overly sweet. One scoop is truly satisfying. What really stood out, though, was the outstanding customer service: warm, attentive, and welcoming. A special place we’re excited to return to.

Great flavors and I love that they use sheep’s milk in most of their ice cream and make cookies in house. Even have espresso for affogato style! Definitely coming back.

I’ve only had their coffee, but I was a little disappointed because I went today (Wednesday) at 10:30 and lights were on with a worker there but the open sign was off and door locked. Tried to come back a few hours later and the same thing. The first time I went coffee was good though. Just not sure if hours have changed and not yet posted or something internal occurred.

Yes thank you for coming to Idaho NEGRANTI!! This is my go to for ice cream, great for lactose sensitive or other non dairy options. They also have some dairy options. Plenty of flavor options!!

Disappointing Texture Overshadows Flavor
After seeing a review for their Boardwalk location in Garden City, I had high hopes for this ice cream, but unfortunately, it didn’t deliver. Right from the first scoop, the texture was noticeably off — crumbly instead of smooth, almost like it had been partially thawed and refrozen. Even worse, there were ice crystals throughout, which gave each bite a gritty, unpleasant texture that completely distracted from the flavor. Each one (there were 4 of us) tried a separate flavor and the texture was the same across the board.
Speaking of flavor, it was decent — nothing groundbreaking, but it had potential if not for the quality issues. Sadly, the texture problems made it hard to enjoy. Ice cream should be creamy and indulgent, not reminiscent of freezer-burned leftovers.
Overall, this felt like a product that wasn’t stored or handled properly, or maybe something went wrong during production. Either way, For the price point of $30.00 for 4 single scoop cones, I wouldn’t buy it again unless I knew the quality had improved.

We ended up here not knowing there was mostly sheep milk ice cream. The coffee flavored sheep milk ice cream was delicious. My daughter gagged when tasting a lavender flavor that allegedly tastes just like soap. Fun experience all around and the gal who helped us was super patient with my kids. 9/10 and we will go back.

Ice cream that reminds me of everything important in life, of everything that I lost and all that is to come tasted freezer burned but reminded me of life’s disappointments and how your life can be a disappointment but still sweet this place is a disappointment but it’s better than nothing or something that’s bad. Five stars I was reminded of my mortality.

I came here and got a kid size double scoop of the cookie scoop and the chocolate coffee scoop. I forget the exact names.
They’re still setting things up, as this shop is new, but the environment was super clean. There were two girls working, and both did an excellent job. They were very friendly, and the ice cream was quite delicious. I also got an iced mocha and was very satisfied with how it tasted—no complaints at all. I would definitely come here again.
