Good tasting protein powder smoothy I got the fruit one one of the fruit ones and added a bit of greens powder.
The wife got a mango fruit protein powder one and it was better tasteing without the green powder.
The owner was absolutely amazing and easy to talk with had some good conversation.

I’ve been away from Nebraska City for while I moved in 2007 but coming back visiting family while working in the area is always a joy I like to see the town grow and downtown Nebraska City has had so much growth I like to see nutrition places especially for those who have put in hard work and just need something good and nutritious to put in your body after a hard workout. Great to see. I hope to see it stay. I’m always down for a chocolate peanut butter banana protein shake.
