Normally I don’t write any negative reviews about a business, but this one I had to write. Visited the New Cumberland store on Friday 8/8 shortly after opening, and I was the only one in the store. The 2 gentleman seemed to be in a hurry to push me through, and didn’t let me give my order of two different burritos. The first came out correctly but they were in the process of closing the second and I asked the young man to wait as I don’t think he had all the toppings I wanted. He immediately and rudely told me that he asked what I wanted, and I told him he didn’t give me time to finish. I tried to correct him and I could see he was getting more upset with me. I like to order slowly to make sure it’s right, but this was irritating him and he was giving me more attitude. Finally I just gave up and took the burrito the way it was. I’ve never had a problem at this store, but it will be the last time I visit here. I don’t know what’s wrong with today’s younger generation, they are privileged and act like toddlers when they are wrong. I hope the management takes care of this so it doesn’t happen to someone else. From now on I’ll be visiting the other store in Lemoyne as they are much nicer to their customers.

Visiting friends and as we’re riding though the neighborhood, this beautifully vibrant and colorful mural catches our eye! Once we realized it was actually a burrito place, we knew we had to check it out!! Neato Burrito is like Chipotle in that you can build your own burrito or bowl so it’s perfect for you! The guys who worked there were nice and didn’t rush me while I was ordering, and there were several seats inside so it would be easy to social distance from other customers if need be. I forgot to take pics of the food cuz I gobbled it up too fast, but the mural on the outside is lovely!!

I came in 8 minutes after the closing time (the door was not closed nor a closed sign). I walked in and they couldn’t serve me EIGHT MINUTES PAST THE TIME… the worker was rude and I didn’t appreciate that.

Great location, just across the large parking lot from the West Shore Theater. Colorful decor and artwork with plenty of seating. The staff is great, naturally friendly and motivated. You order like you do at Subway, they custom build your burrito down the line. They are patient with you, and I always have the same question. I have brought two people to Neato Burrito this year who have never been to any of the locations and who both claim to have never had a burrito ! (and they are both over 70!)..They both loved it just as I do.

Best Neato Burrito around! I’ve been going here ever since I was 6 or 7, and they have yet to disappoint. Filling portions, great atmosphere and friendly servers.
Out of any restaurant I’ve ever been to, this is still my favorite place to get a quick bite.
Also, whoever decided to keep all the original artwork, tables, and chairs here… well, thank you. It brings back all the nostalgia from being here as a child.

This place is awesome! The burritos are huge and delicious! The outside of the building is awesome. Will definitely be back on our next trip to Pennsylvania! 10 dollars for a massive burrito is so reasonable as well.

Very friendly staff. Lots of toppings to choose from. Several variations of protein, rice, and beans. Made to order in a fun, colorful building. It is a great go-to for lunch in New Cumberland. These burritos are STUFFED!
