Lived here my whole life and never been! It’s a cozy atmosphere local feel. Very good salad with homemade croutons which were delicious!

I really wanted to like this place. I liked the feel, and while small the seating felt private. The Salad was very good. My wife had the Reuben sandwich and she liked it well enough. The service was fast and good. But then I got my pasta. They delivered the worst plate of Spaghetti and meatballs I have ever had. The pasta was water logged and over cooked. The “homemade” meatballs were bland and without a doubt microwaved. Their microwave was in need of replacement too, because some of the meatballs were mushy and some were leathery. I ate as much as I could the image I have attached is half of the unimpressive portion. You could be a pretty good deli but please drop the pasta from your name and your menu.

We saw so many wonderful sounding dishes on an online menu.. peppercorn steak, Parmesan chicken, shrimp dishes, eggplant parmesan, and more. Arrived at 6 pm for a birthday dinner and the menu consisted of bake lasagna, spinach lasagna, spaghetti/meatballs and Alfredo. My baked lasagna could fit on a saucer 2 wide noodles a bit of cheese in-between covered with a very acidic tomato sauce, friend had spaghetti and meatballs he said might as well picked up a tv dinner and gone home only a overly vinegared” house dressing”. The dinner roll and salad with too many red onions were only items I recognize in the pictures that matched what we were served last night . Very disappointed indeed. We asked, our waitress said yeah she’s asked about the missing menu items a lot! They need to update their website. It was quite for a Friday night… enough staff you would think one of them could update the website.

1st time in. Fantastic service, nice atmosphere. I had lasagna, my husband spaghetti, and meatballs. My lasagna was good. My husband wasn’t a fan of the sauce or meatballs. He felt there was much tomato paste in the sauce. The house salad is the perfect ratio of dressing to salad and parm, and I really enjoyed it.

This is a trendy eatery with good selection of food items. The prices are midline to high and the food is good. The service was outstanding! Also our waiter went to great pains to inform us about their quiche, which I had asked about. For a little pricey lunch, I would recommend.

Let me say this, the waiter was great! The 30 minutes we had to wait to be seated, while people who arrived there after us and chatted it up with the hostess then got seated first was very aggravating! The menu on Google doesn’t match the what’s acutely on the menu. My wife found a hair in her food and the waiter kept making excuses for the kitchen. I will not be going back anytime soon!

Truly disappointed with this dinner!! Menu online is not actually available. No steak. No seafood. Only 3 pasta dishes (lasagna from a microwave, spaghetti and alfredo) and sandwiches. No appetizers at all – VERY misleading!! They literally cooked our food in a microwave.. even the lasagna! Chicken noodle soup was made with lasagna noodles. They only have 1 type of salad dressing – Italian…actually oil and vinegar with a hint of parmesan. No ranch. No blue cheese. No other choices. No mozzarella… at all in the entire “Italian restaurant”. Apparently they only serve bread with entrees, though we had a large party and everyone ordered a meal from the menu. They did agree to bring us bread at a cost! Portions were ok. No liquor license. Server was nice. Restaurant was clean. They did a horrible job bussing our table during the meal. Would not recommend or go back. Would be hugely surprised if this establishment stays in business with this type of menu, limited options, and no alcohol. When we walked in on a Saturday night and immediately got a table for 9 at 7pm, we should’ve known.

I love the Special Pastrami sandwich. Try the loaded potato salad – it’s very good! And of course, their famous, chunky veggie and tomato soup is always a must-have side or appetizer!

Nearly Famous is a great, locally owned choice for lunch. Friendly service and good variety on the menu. The interior is quiet and relaxed. They tend to showcase local artists on their wall space which I enjoy.

Food was good and service was ok. The large chef salad seemed kind of small.
