The food is delicious! You will not be disappointed. This is better than EONs, cava, and chipotle. It’s the most tasty food I have ever eaten. I love this food. It also helps the workers are so nice. Great place! Will always come back here.

My vegetarian daughter is a big fan of Naya, and falafel is a comfort food for both of us. We’ve ordered take-outs a few times, but I was not convinced, as their falafels are always soggy by the time they reach our house. Well, I changed my mind upon our most recent visit to the shop itself! The falafels were super warm, crunchy and full of flavor, just like how they should be. I ate one while paying for our orders at the cashier :-). The shop is very clean, the food selections are well maintained, and the servers are very friendly and efficient. After selecting the greens and grains, one can have unlimited toppings and sauces. I usually opt for the baba ghanouj, pickled radish, cabbage slaw and spicy jalapeno dressing. It is the most healthy, nutritious and delicious fast meal one can get for a small fee :-).
One tip: for the best experience, go to the location and order, instead of ordering online and picking it up.

Service off the bat, 5/5. The people were awesome, met the day manager and she explained a bit of the menu to me.
Food wise? Some describe this place as the Middle Eastern Version of Chipotle, and there spot-on. I got both rice varieties for my base, and did half/half beef shawarma and chicken shish taouk. The rice portion — generous, great —- the meat portion? No shade, but a bit “stingy” with it.
Ordered some yummy toppings, but the lady making it really should have explained some things to me because many of these items were a novelty to me. I want to understand middle-eastern food, and she’s simply passive.
The ambiance was exquisite. Inside is clean and spacious. Utensils are on the left side of the restaurant, near a display of some items you could buy if you’d like.
To reiterate, food=good, portions = eh, manager=active, employee=passive.
Overall impression? 3/5
Enjoy the photos I took. I’m still open to give them another try though!

Originating in New York City 13 years ago and situated in Montvale, this fast-casual establishment opened at 330 Market St on Nov. 17, marking their 20th location. NAYA offers their guests to experience the “world of Lebanese flavors”. Thank you to Sara and the Yelp team. My partner and I came tonight to this Elite event. Upon entering, the interior space felt brand new, fresh and clean, with numerous tables spread out with patrons enjoying their meals. The eatery offers a well-balanced and varied selection of rolls, bowls, and salads that can be customized with chicken shawarma, chicken shish taouk, beef shawarma, kaftan lamb kebab, falafel, and cauliflower. For our visit, each guest was offered one custom bowl or roll, two hot appetizers, and a drink. As a starter, we started out with fresh falafels just out of the fryer, kibbé (fried beef dumplings stuffed with minced beef and pine nuts), and fatayer sabenegh (mini pies with spinach, lemon, and sumac). For our entree, we decided on the chicken shawarma on a thin white pita roll, and the chicken shish taouk bowl, accompanied by brown rice, lettuce, tomato, black olives, and cucumbers with tahini sauce on the side. It was definitely a big option, with large portions and all ingredients fresh. The sauces incredibly tasty and had excellent taste and texture. The service was good, as the staff assisted in providing information on the ingredients along with their manager, Abou. Thank you for giving great excellence to the Naya name, and we can recommend this place.

So good that I went back 2x last week. I wish there were more locations in South Jersey.
They have bowls, salads and wraps – you tell them how you want it (similar to Eons) but WAY BETTER!
If you are looking for healthy food and want FLAVOR – make sure you give them a shot.
I had their salad with Mixed greens, Romaine, Quinoa, Chicken Shawarma, hummus, taziki, jalapenos, pickled onions, cucumbers — Tons of flavor and my body thanked me for making a smart and healthy choice + it taste AMAZING!

Food was great, but the service ruined the experience.
It was our first time, and when we asked about the loyalty program, the employee was rude and unhelpful. He got annoyed when we couldn’t find the barcode (which was actually behind the register), didn’t apologize, and just walked away. The place wasn’t even busy — we were the only ones there. Definitely disappointing service.

I ordered a falafel bowl for pickup. It was insanely salty! After a couple of bites, I had to throw it away. I contacted Naya customer service before writing this review. They gave me the same amount store credit to use with the Naya app (they said they couldn’t refund since I used door dash).

Cannot tell you how the food was because the two people working there were so slammed with delivery orders from DoorDash/Uber eats that they were unable to serve us in a timely manner.
Peak dinner time on a Saturday… They should hire more people… The prep area was also very messy… Again because of the short staffed nature of the restaurant
I imagine the food could be good if you went during a slow time
Management… Hire more people!
