Five stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Their falafel is the real deal: crispy, fresh, full of flavor, and most importantly… not dry or crumbly. It’s officially my new “best falafel ever.”
The food in general tastes super fresh and clean, and as a vegetarian, I love that I can build a bowl that actually has real protein and doesn’t rely on bland filler. Also, I’m a sauce person — and their dressings/sauces are unreal. Everything just tastes bright and dialed-in.
The space deserves a shout too: the location is clean, neat, organized, and has this light, fresh vibe that makes it feel genuinely pleasant to be in (which isn’t always true for fast-casual).
But the biggest reason this visit went from “great” to “above and beyond” was the staff. I want to personally shout out Marlin and Nina. Marlin had amazing energy, was happy to share recommendations, and you could tell he genuinely cares about the food. Nina was cooking and gave me falafel fresh out of the oven — she was friendly, informative, and clearly proud of what they’re making. Both of them were super knowledgeable about the menu and the brand, and it shows.
Marlin and Nina deserve employee of the month (or a raise). I’ll be back — and I’m bringing people with me.
I love the food and the atmosphere! Highly recommended!
Unfortunately, during one recent visit, we had an experience that did not reflect the usual standards. There was a staff member (we didn’t catch his name, but he has tattoo sleeves on both arms) who appeared to be handling food while repeatedly wiping his nose and using his phone, all while wearing gloves and without changing them. This felt extremely unhygienic and concerning to witness.
There wasn’t another staff member or manager available for us to speak with at the time, which is why we’re sharing this here. We genuinely enjoy dining here and hope this feedback helps maintain the high standards we’re accustomed to.
