TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I wish, there was a option to rate less then 1 star.
Food: i went to restaurant around 11 pm yesterday. They said all items on menu are out of stock or unable to cook as they have a party order, which is 1 tray I don’t know what. We ordered 2 chicken fry piece biryani and it tasted terrible. They just mixed curry chicken in biryani and added chilli paste to make it spicy.
Another chicken starter was soggy but we did not complain.
Service: we waited for 25+ minutes to place a order, no one came to take order, atleast we waited for 50 minutes to get our food on table. All they were preparing was 1 tray. I don’t know who the chef is but don’t spoil Hyderabadi name by serving this biryani.
Atmosphere: there is nothing on table not even a paper napkin.
Note: The efforts shown in your advertisements are missing in food. I tried Mississauga nawabs its was nice but the london branch is a big no for me.
Don’t spoil Hyderabad biryani authenticity by hiring UNSKILLED chefs.

First time here, a friend of mine suggested this restaurant to us it was a great experience. Expect to wait for a vital when you order. Some things on the menu are not available. Food is fresh and very delicious. It can be very spicy which is spot on! Real authentic!

I am extremely disappointed with my order today. While eating the chicken dish, I found a piece of iron inside the food. This is completely unacceptable and a serious health and safety hazard. Not only did it ruin my meal, but it could have caused serious injury if swallowed.
I expect restaurants to maintain proper hygiene and quality control, but this experience clearly shows negligence. I will never be ordering from here again and strongly advise others to be cautious.
Food safety should be the top priority, and what I experienced today was shocking and very unprofessional.

Way too spicy. I ordered and the taste was good but certain dishes- the Avakal Daal was extremely spicy and I like spicy foods… I had family over and it ruined the meal. I clicked 1/3 level of spice and it still came VERY hot.

Just took a takeout from here, my order was chicken mughlai biryani & a butter chicken.
The biryani was too salty and found a long hair on my butter chicken. Very disappointed. Will never go back and wouldn’t recommend to anyone. Suggestion for staff- Please cover hair in kitchen, this is a standard from health canada.

I recently visited Nawabs Indian Cuisine and overall had a good experience. The food was really tasty, well-spiced, and flavorful. You can tell the recipes are authentic and carefully prepared.
However, I did feel that the chicken did not seem very fresh, which slightly affected the experience. Everything else was quite enjoyable, and the flavors were great.
With a little more attention to ingredient freshness, this place could be excellent. I would still consider visiting again to try other dishes.

I ordered the chicken biryani from Uber Eats. To be honest, the chicken pieces were small and dark. I requested “mild” but it was still spicy. I was not satisfied with both the flavor and the quantity of meat.

First time visitor. Food was well presented, colourful, and great tasting! I had the Chicken Biryani and it was spiced just enough for a mild tolerance such as mine. I was pleasantly surprised to see a drum on top and a thigh also deep in the dish. The dish came with sauces to tame or embolden the spice as you see fit. The rice was warm and soft and complimented the chicken amazingly.
Atmosphere is great with lots of colour and style. Whole menu is very reasonably priced for the portions you receive. I’ll have leftovers to enjoy again.
Will come back for sure.

Perfect taste of Hyderabadi cuisine in London. Authentic biryani, their delicious dosa for just $4.99 for the first three months of opening from May 2014. Have tried their veg biryanis & non veg biriyanis. Now this is our favourite biriyani restaurant. Their must try items are the Palnadu Panner Kheema Biryani, Nawab’s Mutton Dum Biryani, Bezawada Boneless Biryani and Guntur Subhani Chicken Biryani. Each food you get to experience their same awesome authentic flavours. Experience the true aroma of Hyderabadi flavours at Nawabs London. Best Wishes to new management.
