One of the best Indian restaurant in Minnesota located at the heart of Minnetonka… Best buffet split as it has got many items to try from … Predominantly a South Indian taste but I would say north Indians would love it too as it is not too spicy and goes very mild on many items. A wide spread of vegetarian and non-vegetarian items. I would suggest this to every on living in and around

Our first experience when this was opened was not a pleasant one but when one of my friend said food is good here, thought of giving it a try again. I loved Apollo fish here and goat fry biryani. It would have been much better if they had better service. I went on a weekday and they were not at all busy but the service is not at its best. I wouldn’t even say good. I will come back for food again thinking some restaurants are like this and can’t help about it. Wish they had better service.

I was one among the few members who did try to promote this restaurant saying that the food is really Good but with a disclaimer: CONSISTENCY is the Key!!
I did order Raju Gari Kodi Pulav and it was decent enough to eat. I would happily rate 4/10 . Would have added 2 more points if the chicken pieces were really good. It was too much of Color and on top of it more like Kebab pieces.
This restaurant did muscle the courage to go with a wide spread of menu but did lack Consistency which always do play a pivotal role. I do bring food regularly and did see that the quality differs a lot here and they should also make sure that they just need to satisfy the palate ensuring the recipe is justified (Especially the traditional names in the menu).
I would for sure love to visit again if the consistency in maintained.

Amazing Indian food. I think this one is the best indian eatery in Minneapolis. The best one was Chhola Bhatura and veggie manchurian dry. And the samosas are the best ones we ever had in a long time. Staff is also cool, especially Surya.

Updated for 2019 visits (almost 5-6): From my last visit in 2018 there has been many changes this year. Though the dishes are tasty; service has gone bad. Few people who serve here are just wandering around in rush hour to take seat back to accomodate new comers; which is quite uncomfortable dining.
Moreover, this place comes up with lots of good offers on social media but they fail to live up to. E.g. Tiffin Nights on Thurdsday Dinner doesn’t serve the menu that’s mentioned online. Similarly on mega buffets; they promise a lot online but 1-2 dishes will be missing.
2018: Visited here for a lunch buffet. Place was bit hard to find as they are still retaining old eatery’s sign board. Buffet had many varities, catering to both veg and non veg customers. Chicken chatpata was best among dishes, reshmi kabab were juicy too. Being Hyderabadi usually biryani disappoints me but Biryabi house lived up to expectations. Desserts we’re good too, with lot of dry fruits at garnish.
Thumbs up for varities, taste and ambience. Price for this quality seems appropriate but if reduces would be staple brunch place for many!

Fantastic food, every dish has a unique experience for your taste buds. I’ve been here a few times and service has been great. Deserts are amazing and rotate often I recommend the Mysore Pak – just melts in your mouth.
Today a new “ala carte” type of service launched (pic below) great way to try a lot of dishes and experience some culture.

Mismanagement at it’s best. I was waiting to pay my bill!!! Someone is taking order over phone on the counter and another guy has no interest in serving the customer while doing something else. I was super disappointed with quality of food. I ordered goat biriyani and another chicken item. I don’t think they know what is “dam” biriyani. Toughest goat meat one can find for $15 biriyani. It was my 2nd time. Save your money. Do not ever think about coming here.

Yesterday night I had ordered food for takeout and received spoiled Mango Lassi. When I called and told them about it, they did not apologize me. And in return they blamed me that they have been selling since morning and received no complaints from customers.
Attached are the images of spoiled Mango Lassi….
The guy on the phone was very rude and very bad service I ever experienced!
When you order food for takeout, please check them before you take home!!
