Getting down on a Texas Cajun andouille. Beautiful presentation, spicy and juicy sausage and perfectly balanced toppings. Since there are no other good hot dog or sausage joints in Redlands otherwise (RIP Jojo’s, Hunde Haus and Bratworks!), this is highly recommended.

Nailed the spice! Got a spicy sausage with caramelized onions and sliced jalapeños. When I asked how spicy, he said 5/10. Totally accurate + good flavor. Belgian fries were tasty. Tried 5 aiolis and mustards – all were good. Price is a little more than expected.

Today, I hit up @navasausageco for a gourmet cheddar jalepeno sausage.The cashier was extremely helpful in recommending what to get since it was my first time here. Toppings included grilled jalepenos, bacon bits, dill relish, mango habanero bacon jam, and yellow mustard.
This puppy had the most incredible snap when I bit into it! All the flavors came together perfectly, and the bun was on point. Not too heavy, tasty, and didn’t fall apart from the load it was carrying.
Im so looking forward to trying the chicken mango habanero sausage next time!

The smoked sausage grill cheese was a great sandwich, perfect combination of favors, very balanced. Great service and the fair price. The meal it’s was less than $20, fries and a drink.. Even had enough to take home.

Our food was excellent! The angry bird was the bomb and the fries are super delicious. The guys are super friendly and made our experience very pleasurable. This is a must try!

We went very specifically for sausage. Redlands Public Market is loud but that wasn’t the problem. We ordered 1 sausage sandwich and a Chilli Cheese Bomb. Total was over $30 with tip. Not the problem. Problem began with limited drinks in their fountain. Nothing but soda. Then, my husband asked for a cup of water. The server said, “We don’t have any cups”. What? Then, we got our food. Sandwich was delicious. Our Chilli Cheese fries were switched to loaded tater tots. After a 15-20 minute wait, we didn’t want to wait longer. Service was poor. No attempt whatsoever to accommodate us. When you spend money, you expect a certain amount of attention to detail. Overall experience was bad. Won’t return.
