Ate dinner ordered a Nauti Waygu Burger & Flan Cheesecake. Met Faris whom gave me excellent service, ditto the other gentleman employee. I’m sorry I didn’t ask for his name. Visit dedicated to my then German American ex girlfriend, as she would say “Pay it Forward or Pow, right in your kisser & to the moon lol.” Cue in songs Catch My Breath by Kelly Brianne Clarkson and New Romantics by Taylor Swift ‧ 2014. ✌️
Update 3/10/25 Sophia gave me good service. Chocolate Chip Cookies Skillet was excellent & presentation too.

Arrived for breakfast, the hotel has an elegant lobby. The restaurant is located down the hall. Met the hostess team, and Yisley gave me excellent service. I ordered Eggs Benedict, I could tell English muffins were toasted, ham well cooked, same for the poached eggs. This establishment only takes credit not cash as payment respectfully. Visit dedicated to my then ex German American girlfriend (who looks like Lagertha from a vikings tv show ) Cue in the song ” With You ” by Chris Brown. ✌️

Horrible experience. I ordered two sliders, and while eating the second one, I noticed mold on the bread—absolutely disgusting. They only comped the sliders, which was basically my whole meal except for a glass of wine and water. They should have comped the entire check, but even worse, the manager never even addressed the situation or apologized. The bartender was kind, but that doesn’t make up for being served moldy food. Definitely won’t be coming back.

Great hotel with a classic Miami vibe! The grounds are very pristine and the hotel is in the perfect location on the beach to relax. The valet service even though was excellent. It is very pricey. I would have appreciated the beach Umbrellas to be included with the chairs because why would anyone just get a chair without some shade. The rooms are very clean and quiet with wide windows. Loved the hot shower. It can get slippery as there are no grab bars. The entire staff was pleasant All in all it was a great stay.

If you want to have a great afternoon with a lovely service and great cocktails , this is the place , the pool bar is fantastic , not all the pool bars exceed expectations on the drinks and presentation . It was delicious my strawberry pool party . I enjoyed the presentation of the drink , the refreshing taste and the service of Maria Paula that was very sweet and dedicated to provide an excellent experience.
