Another Gem hidden downtown Hilo behind that pineapple tourist trap… This place has absolutely amazing food. I ordered the Tofu green curry. It comes with a side of rice. The size of the fresh veggies in this meal were very large. The curry was good. I would highly recommend anyone to find this spot and go there asap.

Finally tried this great local Thai place right behind garden exchange. First off, pride of ownership is obvious once you step inside. Great friendly service, good size menu, good portions, and the place is very clean, even the bathrooms around back. We got the seafood fried rice, the coconut shrimp appetizer and the panang curry beef. Everything was delicious.

This Thai restaurant offers a good number of vegetarian options, though the space itself is quite small. Service was quick and friendly, but the food didn’t fully deliver. The fried rice was a bit bland, while the curry—ordered medium—came out noticeably spicier than expected. The spring rolls were a highlight, but the brown rice was slightly undercooked. Overall, it’s an okay spot, but not particularly memorable.

Quaint restaurant atmosphere with delicious authentic Thai food! Portions were huge, reasonably priced for Hawaii and flavor brought us back to our trip in Thailand. The server was very friendly and she greeted us with a smile. Would highly recommend recommend eating here

We had planned to go to the pho restaurant next door, but they turned us away and I’m so glad they did!! Our meal was delicious! We had the cucumber salad (it was spicy, but amazing), the summer spring rolls helped tamper down the heat. The chicken pad Thai was soo good! I’ve had some pad Thai where the chicken was dry, but not theirs, it was tender and juicy! The people there welcomed us and made us feel comfortable and welcome. I highly recommend this sweet little place!!

Everything was great! Loved the Papaya Salad – super fresh and tasty. The Chicken Pad Thai was amazing too, full of flavor! Highly recommend checking this place out!

To-go order of mixed vegetables got it home and saw it was only half full so guess the jokes on me. But thats ok was completely void of any flavor so less I had to throw away. a noodle dish wasnt any better. Wont be back but maybe the curries are the way to go if you insist on flavorful food.

Really tasty dinner. Got the curry, brown rice, and cashew chicken. Felt like they were really watered down which also kept the flavors from being as strong which was disappointing because I did appreciated the spice.
Also asked for hot and felt it was more of a mild. Worth going to nonetheless

I went on a date here and became an instant fan. Mostly, a big fan of the crab fried rice (with real crab), and their spicy hot oil sauce! Especially the hot sauce – it was not the hottest Thai sauce I’ve ever had, though it definitely had some heat, but it has that roasted pepper quality that I crave in Mexican salsas. I haven’t found that in a Thai spicy sauce before – apparently it is a family recipe. So delicious! Nothing like the flavor of roasted pepper – heat aside. The staff was also very warm and courteous and attended to all our needs, and the atmosphere was colorful, neat, clean, and welcoming. The coconut soup was also delicious, though my date had that. The date also went strikingly well and continued into the evening and beyond – so I think this was a great place to start it off! I will definitely be back!!

Cute place. Server was nice. But food left me in want of more flavor. I wanted to try a different Thai place to compare to other places.

I left the restaurant feeling like I needed to go to my regular place and apologize for cheating on them; it wasn’t worth it.

Idk part of me thinks that there’s a lack of love in the food. Cause I’ve never had a bad/gross papaya salad, and I literally couldn’t finish it. Cost too much to not be delish.
