I found this place to be particularly interesting not only was the staff very friendly and helpful but the whole vibe of the restaurant was good. The blackberry mint lemonade was so delicious and refreshing. The fry bread is a must try(one of my new favorites)! It’s so flaky soft and crispy with dipping sauce makes it spectacular (I ordered the vegan version). Also got a few of their other vegan choices (vegan tacos) I already do a little dance when I eat something yummy but if it makes you fist fight the air or do the Hercules clap, you know it’s good! They custom made one of the desserts to fit my dietary lifestyle choices (vegan) the blue corn mush. It wasn’t my favorite thing from them that I tried but still not bad especially because it comes with fresh fruit. They made my non-vegan fur-baby Chica a little something too and she loved it! We requested no seasonings on it(It was her first time trying bison). It’s a small restaurant that left a big impression in a wonderful way. Thank you Natv!
***Just a note update*** so I tried the blue corn mush again but this time I still had it vegan and when I got home I added agave syrup to it to replace the honey that was missing and paired it with some vegan vanilla ice cream (because one of the employees said that she normally has it with ice cream) Oh my goodness! The difference between before and now…. I’m a fan now and I see what they are talking about. If you like cobbler and ice cream or pie and ice cream (who doesn’t) then I’m sure that you will like this.

We got the: salmon entree, steak entree, bison and pork belly burger entree, and the seared trout. It was all prepared fresh and plated so pretty it was surprising we weren’t at a super fine dining establishment. (Granted the food all took a little while but these were some complex dishes.) Everything was very delicious. For dessert, we tried the corn cheesecake and berry cobbler. The berry cobbler was very sweet but good. The corn cheesecake was a bit more subtle and granular than expected but not bad. I’d definitely eat here again.

The food was above average. The fry bread was amazing actually. The staff were snobby and the prices a little high. Plates are small. I think they are trying to market themselves as high class dining and even seem to prefer reservations. However, the facilities are low class: from the low quality paper menus, the paper napkins, to the small and run down facility. If you are trying for high class, you can’t create such a lackluster experience. It would behoove them to come down to earth a little. My suggestion would be to retrain the staff to be more inviting and not so snooty.

I had their catering at a birthday party and it was amazing! The blood orange birthday cake was great, but my favorite thing was these little sausage and caramelized onion pinwheel things. I was shocked because I dont usually like onions but these were amazing! Im hoping they can open the restaurant back up because I want more!!

Phenomenal food and good service. Semi finalist for james beard awards. New cuisine but not difficult to understand. Fry bread with herb butter or wajabi sauce was a hit even with kids. They have a kids menu and were welcoming to kids. Can accommodate large parties and food was light, healthy but lots of meat options and never heavy. Would go again. Very authentic and you know is woman owned with nicely stocked feminine products in bathroom.

One of the best meals I’ve had in Tulsa in ages! (So good that I went right back 24 hours after my first visit). This place has such variety of really well thought out dishes all reflecting its Native American influence, all of which are very unique and not likely found elsewhere in tulsa. The blackberry lemonade is crazy good and similar to a tea with smoothness.
Several appetizers could also serve as a full meal.
The desserts are also quite unique, we had the grape dumplings which were wonderful.
Highly recommend here to anyone looking for truly local cuisine which nods to our tribal heritage

This spot is a must try!
The food was 10/10! I’ve never had dishes like this! We got the corn cake appetiser which were really tasty! the fry bread with white bean hummus and herb butter – it’s a MASSIVE serving! The herb butter was great!!! The bison tacos were wet but flavour were incredible and I’d order again, so tender! The squash salad was really good and different. The filet was cooked perfectly with really great squash and berry sauces.
Well worth the 30 minute drive for us and our best meal while visiting Tulsa. So glad I found this hidden gem!

Wow!! Four of us had dinner this past Thursday at Natv and the experience was unparalleled!!
From the moment we entered– we were warmly greeted and made to feel like family — through the end when we were sent packing with dessert.
The food from chef Jackie’s kitchen is simply amazing: beautiful plated, each dish is exquisite, a piece of art for the eyes, delectable and deeply satisfying. This may seem like hyperbole but I assure you it’s not.
We savored every bite. Among us, our group had fish, vegan and meat options and everyone exclaimed about the taste of each dish.
The cost too is very, very reasonable. Period. And a steal for the quality. We spent about $22 pp for starter or salad, entree and drink.
The service was excellent! We were perfectly cared for throughout, from being helped to select from among the many wonderful choices to refilling our lemonades. Our server was Kerian (my apology; I’m sure I’ve misspelled your name) and we appreciated her warmth and discerning attention.
We also loved the wall hangings and photos of herbs decorating Natv.
This is a not-to-miss dining experience. I’d recommend every dish on the menu but checked below only those we got.
Our deep thanks to chef Jackie’s and her team!! We were nourished in body and soul by our visit.
We can’t wait till we’re next back in Tulsa and can return!! Lucky are those of you who live in the area!

I love this restaurant. It’s very warm and welcoming. The food was served hot and fresh. They have the best fry bread and vegan food hands down in Oklahoma. Elizabeth was very professional and sweet. Be sure to ask for her.

I hesitate to leave this review because Nātv isn’t that crowded at the moment and I know it will be soon. This fine dining restaurant serves gourmet food, on par, if not exceeding the quality and flavor of any restaurant in the Tulsa area, but at a reasonable price of between $30-40 per person.
From the beginning of the dinner, the flavor of the Three Sisters soup defied all preconceived and visual expectations. The Bison Poyha and Filet were both magnificent, while hitting very different combinations of the pallet. I ordered the Filet dressed in the style of the Bison Sirloin. The Filet had better flavor than any cut of steak I have ever ordered in my life.
The location and restaurant feel will likely change as the restaurant sees continued success, but for now it isn’t quite as comfortable as one might want for fine dining. Pictured: Bison Poyha, Bison 7oz Filet, honey and sage butter for frybread, and Three Sisters soup.
