This place is absolutely worth spending your money! The food was delicious and full of flavor, and the service was excellent. My partner wanted soul food for his birthday, and after trying two other spots that didn’t even have simple mac and cheese or collard greens, we found Natty’s on Google. We called ahead to check if they had everything in stock, and they did!
When we arrived, Nellie was kind enough to have saved us a cup of mac and cheese! Such a thoughtful gesture. We ordered the Rasta Pasta, and it was hands down the best Jamaican food I’ve had in a while! Nellie was extremely kind and made us feel truly welcomed. I do not regret taking my partner here for his birthday. We both left very satisfied

The food here is great. I have tried 5 things off the menu and loved all of it. The ox tail is a must have. The curry is as well. Count on me being back again and again. I don’t know if they deliver but there is only one table.

So, this is a follow up from my previous Review. After my post I was contacted by the owners and invited to revisit the restaurant. I will say, this was a much better experience than before. The owners were very professional and apologized for the inconvenience of service originally received. They offered a complimentary meal as well. I must say the Curry Chicken dinner is the bomb! Very tasty and delicious. Check out this restaurant when you get a chance.. 🙂

Food was…okay.. Oxtails too sweet and the “greens” were definitely not worth the 2.50 substitution charge. But i gave this place a one star because of the attitude. We are from up north and down here visiting my mother.. that “southern hospitality” is apparently lost on this establishment as the (I’m assuming) owner was very rude and mouthy. I started with me speaking to my husband and her butting in. I gave her a puzzled look as i was not talking to her. She replies oh you were talking to “him”. I replied that “him” is my husband to which she replies “i didn’t ask who he was to you, i was just asking for clarification”… and then as we are eating, she was really rude to the door dash driver that came in that was only trying to confirm he had the correct order because they refused to give him a receipt or write the name on the bag. And then refused to give him the name that he ask for to confirm he was picking up the correct order. Trash atmosphere and trash attitude spend your money elsewhere. This is NOT worth the headache.

Brought a coworker here… When I tell you the food was so good we both damn near are thru our plate. I mean it. Oxtails, amazing. Portions fantastic. Mac and cheese GAS. Plantains… delicious. Rice and peas… phenomenal.
The customer service was fantastic, I felt like I was eating with family. I will be back and with more people.
The energy in there is amazing. The mother and daughter duo, can’t not be stopped.

We tried them for the very first time and the food was absolutely amazing. We had the Curry Shrimp, Brown Stew Chicken, and Oxtails and they were all excellent. Chanel also provided top notch customer service. We will definitely be returning soon.

First time trying this place and I will never go back. What gets me is that the customer service is on point while you’re there ordering take out. Then you get home and the food is garbage! I ordered brown stewed chicken, cabbage, mac & cheese and coco bread. Mac & cheese was soggy and extra soft and tasted terrible! The rice and peas looked dry..that is the part that wasn’t smothered with all the gravy. Looked like it had been sitting for days. Then the cabbage was too soft, again like it was old. The chicken had good flavor and wasn’t dry but this coco bread….they bamboozled me because it was soft in the bag. Well, by the time I got home 10 minutes later it was hard on both sides. ( I have the video to prove it) They obviously heated it up in the microwave before handing it over.

Visited this Restaurant today. The service received was Unacceptable!!! The young lady working register was Rude and Desrespectful!! In times past she had very good Customer service… But today, she was on one. You can Rest assured they will Never get my business again.. She’s going to be the only person working with no help. I ordered online and she never even got my order. When I got to the restaurant she asked me my name and what I ordered and said it would be another 25min. Of which trying to support black business and be understanding I agreed to. I left and came back just to be told another 15min. I waited another 15min just to find out she had been making the wrong order the whole time. Definitely will never be back and wasted a ton of time trying to support someone who didn’t seem to really care. Lastly on my way out the owner shared some choice words and cursed me on my way out. Thanks for the great experience.
