Went for the first time last night. Atmosphere is nice, the patio is great and the staff are all friendly. The onion rings were amazing. The salted caramel brandy old fashioned was fun and tasty. The fish fry was just OK tho. I think the batter was maybe too thick, not crispy enough and the fish was just the slightest bit tough. The sweet potato fries were good, asked for no sugar on them! I would go back and try some other menu items, saw several dishes come out that looked good!

Food, drinks, and service was good. The only negative thing I’d have to say is that we had to scan a barcode for a drink menu and after reading all of the drinks and making a decision, we were told that the drink we wanted wasn’t served anymore. And neither was our second choice. The server did apologize for not having an updated drink menu. But really? How hard could it be to keep a “virtual menu” up to date so you don’t waste your customer’s time.

This place has the potential to be a great place. Lots of very meaningful motorcycle rides for great causes have started here. Our server Luna was great! She was very professional, attentive and caring. Unfortunately, the bartender BRAD!!! was not!!! He was very rude, unprofessional and antagonistic. If it had not been for us choosing to take care of our server, we would had taken our business somewhere else. Is unfortunate that one person can tarnish the image of a whole establishment. Thankfully for them, one person can also obscure his flaws.

Have been going there for a couple years. Great outside venue and inside old school Milwaukee bar type atmosphere. Excellent food with Natalie’s wings being our favorite. Service is exceptional. A West Allis Gem… make sure you stop!

1st time here & enjoyed a nice cocktail, $1 wing night, and the bartender was super sweet to my friend and I. I will definitely be going back. The outside igloos looked really fun on colder nights if they open those I would love to sit outside❄!

Sandwich Bun for a Philly Cheesesteak Sandwich bottom was cut in half. Waiter said he would change the bun. 50% Onion Rings were charcoal burnt. Told waiter about Onion Rings right away. He told the cook and he said the cook are going to try a different way to make them next time. I get the bill I was charged $2.00 more than the menu price.$14.00 to $16.00. After several times of talking to our waiter he took off the sandwich bill.Then I remember coming here once in the summer for first time. My friend She ordered a drink special on card for $6.00. When the bill came same thing. Drink was $3.00 more. Waiter was mad and threw $2.00 on the table. He then said in a loud that came from my tip money.

This place doesn’t deserve 1 star but had no choice. Went in sat at table and never got acknowledged we were there. I actually called the bar and when the gentleman answered the phone I told him to look to his left and that we have been sitting there with no service. The one guy told the female waitress to wait on us and she didn’t want to. The other guy then finally came over to take drink orders. Food was horrible again just like the past. Ordered wings with no sauce on, but came out with sauce on. They were supposed to make new ones but they never did. The fish was awful. The waiter even admitted that the fish is just ok when he was asked. I could have had a better burger at McDonald’s. There was a table next to us also complaining there food.

We got a drink inside at the bar while waiting for outside seating. Got seated within 15 mins, great. Waitress came over and gave us menus, explained the special for the day and gave my fiancé a plastic cup for his beer since he had a glass and glass is noted allowed on the patio, which is fine. We then waited for 50 minutes before just leaving as no one came back to take our food order or ask about refills for drinks and others who came after us were helped by our same waitress who initially helped us. Sad because we were looking forward to trying the wings.
